I cant understand why this guy is so cocky on stage... did he not not know that Branch Warren was there? He routine is too fast... he can barely stabilize himself during his posing... makes it look like he is trying to balance on a high wire.
@codycsk Of course he knew Branch Warren was there, they were training together for the whole week prior to this pose off and they're really good friends lol.

kris gethin looks bigger in his videos. im at week 4 and im doing everything hes done except for the dieting. i hate diets! is anyone also not follwing it?
Starting the program tomorow. Aim is to drop from 100kg to around 90kg in time for summer. Im a dedicated weight lifter so am resonably muscular but have always had to much body fat to actually be able to show off. It will be good to be able to finally show off. I know it sounds pathetic to want to show off but when you've been over weight your entire life then its these small things that you look forward to.
Believe it or not but I'm fourteen years old and I'm doing his 12 week transformation and I'm on Week 4, Day 23 and I fill great and I can already see results. I get up every morning at 5:00 a.m. before school so i can have a hour to work out with no eruptions!!!
I'm at Week 8 of kris' hardcore transformation and I've never had results like this. Two people actually asked if I was on the juice. My reply? "No. But I am on The Gethin!"
@meinl69 this program is supper intense and very unique. after 8 weeks ur probably looking at the mirror all the time,lol, im on my 2nd week and already gethin results
@crismesa I started at 278.5 lbs and right now almost at the end of week 8 I'm at 247. I still have a way to go and I will probably start over from the beginning after I complete the 12th week. Even still at 247 I've leaned out a lot! I initially started this program to get ready for a wedding. I wanted to comfortably get into the next suit size down. I met that goal Week 6. My new goal is to be leaner than I was in high school and I'm 15 lbs away from that.
@crismesa Oh and if you think the program is intense now, wait until you start doing DTP! OMG....DTP is no joke! After I did the shoulder workout the other day which was the first day of DTP, I thought my shoulders were going to burst through the skin. It looked like I gained instant mass.
@meinl69 Do you actually follow the nutrition? Most of the days I have school from morning to night, I eat all kinds of garbage like chips and fast food. I am on week 4, I see results even though I don't follow the nutrition at all.
@qw2589 Yeah I followed the nutrition plan. I even dropped carbs by a 1/4 cup every time he dropped carbs. The only thing was the alcohol. One of the main reasons I started the program was because i was going to be in a wedding. So whenever the wedding party got together there was booze and I'd have a drink. But that's it. I dropped 40lbs and I'm starting again from the beginning Monday.
