  • I just gave birth just now . I had an injection into my vagina too ... It is very pain . The doc and nurses r very nice too . The doc slowly inject the needle into my vagina . The most painful part is when the doc is cutting my vagina . I almost cried .

  • why? the baby is born by foot, not the head, as are all born normally

  • you are a total retard

  • ı dont think ı want to injection when birth...

  • around 1:03 is typically when the husband passes out and smacks his head on a tray of surgical tools.

  • Get your hands out of her vagina...gee!

  • amazing to realize this baby was breecha and so simple!

  • That is clearly not german(I'm german)...It may be similar to german but I don't get a single word...

  • @npiontek

To me it sounds a bit like dutch or flamesh dutch

  • haha this is dutch, but i admit dutch is kind of similar to german

  • german girls are normally more hairy than americans any way its there way of choice,, dumbass

  • Take a close look how one of the 'nurse' presses the mother's stomach during the pushes. Thats awful...

  • DUTCH IDIOTS

  • Oh my that was a breech baby!

  • fuck everyones got there fingers in there if i walked pass do you recon shed mind if i stoped to stick my fingers in and stand there laughing with the other bozos

  • why the fuck so many men standing there and laughing?// There should be only birthing staff

  • He could be the nicest person in the world, I still wouldn't EVER let a man other than my husband near me when I give birth. Unless it's life-threatening I wouldn't let a woman near me either, for that matter. It's MY birth.

  • i just dont understand why they have to pull the baby. it will come out by itself. gosh .. its scary to see some doctors doing that.

  • This is Dutch not German.

  • News flash!!!!!!!!!!!! After a certain month you can not shave down there if you wanted too.... there are some things like the vagina and feet you can not see after a certain point of pregnancy. I am sure she will fix the hairy issue after she has rested post labor. What a f*cking retard you are for commenting on the hairiness.

  • What the hell do men know about child birth? Ugh!

  • you don't need an episiotomy to deliver a breech baby, you just need competent doctors or midwives who can teach you muscle stretching techniques weeks ahead of time so you dont have to worry about cutting or even tearing during delivery.

  • @Sirtonski15 - I totally agree with you. It's a shame that the only reason most women give birth in this most un-natural position as well receiving un-necessary episiotomies and c-sections, is because it's safer for the Doc and decreases any chance of malpractice lawsuits.

  • She had a tight vagina....no more~

  • its so hairy she should have had a shave how discusting

  • People, this is a breech delivery, and it's standard to do an episiotomy! It's important to deliver the baby quickly!

  • @77zdgfps The concern in a vaginal breech birth is head entrapment in the pelvis. An episiotomy doesn't open up the pelvis, just the outside of the vagina. Routine episiotomies are unnecessary in vertex or breech births.

  • This is not German, but Dutch!!!

  • this id horrible and very un natural.

  • bullshit... that's not a german hospital. they don't even talk german!

  • What a difference from dutch or german or what ever and americans!

  • god u men are such horny bastards is that why u watch this videos?

  • Again it's better to keep comments like that to yourself.

  • Fucking overzealous "doctors" pretending to know what they're doing and cutting the poor woman who PROBABLY would've had a normal birth if she weren't being TIMED and FLAT ON HER BACK.

  • Yep a room full of men and her on her back....typical male dominated society.

  • anybody seen that skit in family guy called "prom night dumpster baby"?...........

  • Wow, she's showing her asshole to everyone. Nice!

  • da1073, i hope you are a woman and i hope that one day you get the episiotomy you so desire. By the way, 3rd degree and 4th degree tears i believe you refer to them as ripping vagina to ahole are almost always the product of an episiotomy. idiot.

  • This is Dutch, not German!!!!

  • She`s having a breech birth.

That`s why she has to be cut very large.

The baby`s head can`t wide her vag enough to be pushed through .

She does it very well to put her legs such wide .

  • Comment removed

  • Torigirly u r so right

  • the guys look like they're having fun ya?

  • 3 man in this room thats bull shitt!!!!

  • it seemed so short

  • OMG she had it breeched. that is remarkable. i would have taken the small cut to my vagina then have a C section for that.

  • what idiots! there was no need to cut. that woman will be in uneccessary pain because of these useless doctors.

  • Really doctor? Better to let the woman rip vagina to ahole rather than a minor and harmless cut. I am sick of know it all aholes that want to go back to the days of no med intervention and squat births. Those "useless" docs and hospitals have been responsible for the fact that infant mortality is much lower than back in the prairie days. I dont judge the homebirth crowd, but I am sick of their patronizing attitudes toward doctors.

  • @da1073, if a woman is able to labor in peace and quiet, without bright lights, and in positions that she chooses, which are much more conducive to brining the baby down than lying flat on one's back, episiotimies are 99.9% unheard of.

  • nice video, but let me tell you, that's dutch......and not german

  • OMG, het is nederlands!

  • Although most US hospitals now routinely delivery breeches by cesarean section, the majority of breech births worldwide are born vaginally.

When I first saw this video, I thought, "There are too many men here", but once I realized that it was a breech birth, it made sense. Since breech presentation is a rarity, it makes sense that students, interns, etc. be there to observe.

Yes, the doctor cut an episiotomy for this breech birth, which makes sense for this particular presentation.

  • jawohl das ist nicht deutsch

  • That is one HAIRY vag!!!!!!!

  • so it must be german?

  • You dumbasses!!

does it really fucking matter how hairy a woman's vagina is? your a fucking douche!

    She's giving birth you IDOIT!

nobody cares about how hairy her private is!

  • @Torigirly21 : but i do! very sweet hair!

  • Lol look at you comment +22...That's right her private is.....

  • @Torigirly21 How could you really shave yourself when your pregnant anyways? When your bully is big and its hard to bend down, when you are pregnant?

  • 1: punching her stomach...

2: proper pulling the baby.. what is going on there? thats a bit negligent no?

  • kurenia 666 you're just like many selfish women that hink birth is just for female women...i have to remind u that is thank to men if women can give birth....don't forget it, and a man who studied obstetrician has equal right to assist a woman giving birth like a woman has, and many women say that men are better than woman in assisting birth so shut up.

  • its not german

  • "The female KIND?"

    Fucking moron.

  • Doctors get too involved with a delivery.

  • did the baby juz come out from e bottom first??

  • How smart is it to empty your bladder or bowel while lying on your back? As smart as giving birth while lying on your back.

A baby weighs several pounds. On your back, not only are you pushing against the restriction of the birth canal; you are also pushing against the entire weight of the baby.

For thousands of years primates including moms have given birth upright. Just as nature intended: facilitating fetal rotation and working with, instead of against gravity.

  • @fctchk it's because she's in a hospital with idiots helping her. I hate hospital births because the doctors position the woman so that they've got easy access, it's not about the woman and baby... they don't care about that.

  • @fctchk makes me wonder who's bright idea was it to do it on the back? its better to have gravity and the bodies natural actions assist?

  • OMGZ...how could the woman not scream when the bay comes out!?

  • First of all: this video is Dutch.

Second: it's normal to have your vagina cut when delivering a baby. Sometimes, it's just too hard too push the baby out yourself; so they cut your vagina.

  • you're right with it not being german! about the episiotomy, that's only neccessary if there are problems, although some hospitals like to do it routinely to speed things up! you're more likely to be cut if you give birth lying on your back, like the woman in the video, because of the pressure on the perineum

  • no it's not? what the fuck?

  • No. It's against the law to operate on someone without a true reason!

God forbid a woman had a normal breech delivery!! It can be done! Stupid doctors now rush off the the OR so they don't have to do any hard work and get paid twice as much!

  • i agree, i think that if a women can give birth without the baby being breech, then they can give birth when the baby is breech. it may not be easy, but if they want to, i think that they should be aloud to

  • since when do they cut that part of your vagina

  • why is there four men here?

  • The doctor at least is Dutch so I think all of the people and the poor lady too are all dutch, not German. - Anyway, though the cut might have helped mother and baby, it looks very much like OUCH!

  • Let's see the toughest man in the world try to do that!!

  • When i was giving birth they had to cut my vagina because the baby was not coming out!

It was really painful! It even started to bleed too!

  • it is usually needed, episiotomy procedure..

  • it's not usually needed in a natural birth. you can generally choose whether you would like to tear or be cut (not all women tear). tears can heal easier

  • noooo its certainly not.

  • now THAT's a woman!!

  • Wow. A Breech birth to boot. That is NOT an easy way to have a baby. Can't believe she wasnt screaming her head off.

  • best vedeos for learning child birth

  • That's NOT German, it's Dutch!

Voor die Amerikanen allemaal één pot nat... eh... sorry voor de woordspeling!

  • Dutch and German sounds very similar for people who speak an other language. The Netherlands become independence in 1648 from the holy romanian empire(the netherlands be a part of the german nation till 1648).

Today the German dialect "Platt" is not so far from dutch.A german understand automaticly some words from a dutch and also for a dutch is it simple to understand someone blabla from german.

Sorry for my english-but i speak german. English is near to "Platt" or dutch.I didn't speak anyone.

  • oh so thats where the black forest of Germany is on all there women

  • them germans dnt kno wat they doin lol too many damn men in there. n they look like they just walked in like hey shes giving birth lets hellp lol

  • u can tell shes german haha!!

  • fuck..

  • my sister she is pregnant i dont want to have a baby like that in that way

  • Dang Looks Wierd

  • It's Dutch...

  • the baby looks dead o_o

  • too many men

  • that baby was born breech........unsafe and it didnt cry......hope its alright

  • ouch.........

  • It´s not german. It´s dutch.

  • The VULVA

  • i'm not talking shit, i'm talking farts!! hello, how YOU durrin!! hahahaaaa

  • calm down.

  • huwow.,it's a breech but then they deliver it NSVD.,very good.,nice

  • could anyone howhas given birth message me with the postitions they used please

  • dont ask sick questions

  • my question isnt sicki just want to know easy ways to deliver!

  • im so lucky im not a girl

  • amen brother

  • my legs are permanently shut forever!heehee! no more sex!lol.

  • 3 most painful things in medicine are giving birth, myocardial infarction and renal stone colic....and I agree it is a mericale

  • was the baby dead? He was looking like dead:(

  • It was nice of them to numb her up before they did that episiotomy....wasn't sure why they did it until I saw the breech presentation...so much for the hands -off-the-breech philosophy...they really pulled on that poor baby...USA docs would have just c-sectioned her though so at least they are willing to do a vaginal breech..wish more USA obs would....

  • This is Dutch, not German. So this is all in a hospital in The Netherlands.

  • my goshhh it looks so scary while pulling the baby, very cute baby

  • Just to let you know this is a Dutch commentary not German

  • you pervert

  • was that kid dead? he didnt cry and the doctor just threw it up on the bed.

  • thanks for this

  • ke fika

  • This is Dutch, not German...

  • Do they not practice HANDS OFF THE BREECH?

  • was the baby breech ? I think so...

I think the episiotomy was unnecessary.

With the proper techniques and time to let the tissues stretch, she probably wouldn't have needed it.

  • Poor lady was flat on her back! If she were upright, she probably wouldn't have needed an episiotomy...OUCH!

  • Thats a big bush.

  • Why did he give her a shot?

  • Its a local anaesthetic into the perineum.

  • well...now i know what to do when im in that kind of situation. run.

  • yo that baby was born backwards!

  • Thats Dutch not German.

  • deutsch

  • wow that was gross and bloddy!

  • I saw my sister's first birth in home. Head crowning is amazing and birth very nice.

  • Its a dutch birth!

  • a great breach birth --succesful and no problems---congrats!

  • hospital birth is painfull N home birth is enjoying.

  • It's Dutch

  • its dutch

  • thats not german.

  • wooo ohh 18 and still hating my self for getting myself in to this mess

my bfs left me i have no one a home for me and im 4 months nuthing i can doo just a warning

    DONT DO IT !!

  • you don't need a man to be happy to raise a baby well. you won't regret it when you meet your child, trust me. it'll be ok! get all the help you can take from the gov't there is a lot of help out there financially. don't feel sorry for yourself. be there for your kid!

  • not german....

  • shit i love this shit it`s really turn me on

  • not bad

  • ouch ouch ouch poor mommy vagina and for baby it was ouch too!

  • ooooo verrryyy niceeee

  • i agree silkejulia they are impatient, i av recently had a baby and i went mad when they were pouring water on me to soothe never mind streching and grubing round that isn't how its done at all.

  • why are doctors SO impatient, have to grub around in the vagina (causes tearing!) and pull the child (can damage the spine & head)???

if I would do sth like that in my exam I'd fail!

  • no you wouldn't, that's how it's done.

I've seen hundreds of childbirths in my life at various different hospitals in many countries... all the same.

  • I feel sorry for you that you were never able to witness a birth the way it should be.

I reccomend the book "Childbirth Education: Practice, Research and Theory"

And please don't try to tell me that I don't know what is expected from me in my midwifery-exam.

  • Thanks for posting this! The dr. gave the mom an episiotomy because she was having a vaginal breech! Vaginal breeches are unheard of in the US hospital system. All breeches in the U.S. are delivered by c-section unless they're delivered at home by a midwife.

  • i know sometimes now the doctors give the mom a choice whether or not they want to still deliver vaginally or have a c-section... usually though, you're right, vaginal breech births are rare in a hospital

  • Um, this is not German. ;) This is in the Netherlands, they speak Dutch. ^^

  • thats looks painful with shot down there

  • that is a dutch video, nor a german!!

  • umm..annoying when its men crowding around you.
