  • God Bless you.... <3

  • Am so glad for your recovory my mom just got this a few weeks ago. Could you please let me know what you did and what vitamins helped thanks! God bless!

  • Im excited your recover. I just found out I had it 3 days ago. So scared but after watching lots of you tube video. I feel more at ease. Im still wondering what the cause of it. If you have any advice, please I would love to hear it.

  • Hey I've had BP for 3 months. I have improvement but it's taking sooooo long. What do you think helped you the most? I was doing the physical therapy with the electric probe, same one you described. I stopped it because I read a lot of stuff against electrical stimulation. Thinking about going back. What vitamins did you take, and did you try the chiropractor neurolink stuff? Thanks. Congrats on recovering.

  • BTW - youre hot! :0)

  • I woke this morning with Bells Palsy. This is the 2nd time Ive had it - Im 37 now, and had it for the first time back when I was 21. The first time it was caused by a tooth extraction at the dentist, this time an ear/throat infection. My symptoms are loss of feeling on the right side of my face, droopiness of my face, especially my mouth, difficulty eating, drinking and speaking, loss of taste, numbness inside my mouth, inability to blink on my right eye, and tiredness.

  • Yes, it has been sooo hard! Thank you for keeping me in your prayers :). I am going to try the electrical stimulation. How did that go for you? I have heard that it might not help with synkinesis. Did you have any negative side effects? Thanks again!

  • Hi Breanna,

I have watched your videos a couple of times. I have had Bell's for about 2 months and a week now. Usually people say they felt some pain when they got Bell's but I feel my case is similar to yours (even though every case is different), I was very sleepy prior to getting Bell's Palsy. Have you fully recovered and did you try the acupunture? Thanks!

  • Hi there! I have fully recovered and am so so excited about it :)

I did not try the accupuncture and have heard mixed things about it.

I am so sorry that you had to get bell's palsy but I will be praying that you heal very soon! I'm sure the last 2 months have been so so hard, but don't give up hope!! Your body is still working on healing up; just give it some more time and make sure you get lots and lots of rest! Please update me on any improvements you may notice; I'll be thinking of you!

  • I am SO glad to see how you've recovered. You look beautiful! I hope my mouth evens out a bit more now. Its strange how a eye brow wiggle or nose scrunch can mean soooo much to us once we lose it. You look great. Thanks for sharing your story.

  • Hi Breanna,

I watched your videos and was happy that you made good recovery. I am from London and Ive got bells palsy for past 9 weeks. As of today i have seen very minimal improvement. you haven't posted any update after your 4th one. have you completely recovered? One of my problems is that my eyes water a lot when im eating. are your eyes still watering when you eat? looking forward for your reply. Thanks

  • Did the improvements come on at once or were they gradual?

  • the improvements were gradual... for a while i was convinced i could see my eye squint a little when i tried really hard, but no one really believed me, ha... they all thought it was wishful thinking since it was so barely noticeable. but then people started being like, "hey i think i just saw your eye blink one time there!" and it just kept getting better a little bit at a time.... i'm still improving with my forehead creases, eye brow, and even smile.... so very gradual.

  • I keep thinking I can kind of move the muscle on the side of my nose, haha. I don't even know IF there is a muscle there. My one co-worker keeps saying he thinks my eye is improving. I don't know. =/

Did you notice any type of tension, I don't know if thats the right word for it, in your cheek if you tried really hard to smile? No movement, just some tugging? then like very light twitches following it..

It must be nice every day waking up to see what has changed and improved <33

  • Your so beautiful! I've watched your video and you can tell how refreshed you are to smile. I'm so happy for you!

Gaza told me to talk with you on here. He's been a big help to me. I've had BP for going on 2 weeks.

    =] so, hi. <3

  • Oh my god you look amazing now. Thanks for your recent email and encouragement, your face lights up and your smile tells the world just how good you look and are feeling. Great video! Well impressed - your definitely on the mend.
