Think of magnets like springs. If two magnets are attracted and accelerate towards each other, some energy is "produced" BUT you will need EXACTLY the same amount of energy to restore the initial position of that two magnets. This is true regardless of whatever kind of arrangement of your magnets. Since you "need" the same amount of energy that you "produce" you will win nothing. Since there are losses you will need to bring some extra energy from outside to get some sort of constant rotation.

Swap the rotor with one big magnet, take one magnet from stator an replace him with dummy magnet then you get HAMEL motor, it should work.

Another idea is to shield the rotor magnets to supress magnetic equlibrium , so you can get more push and less pull.

We are energy dependent. We are locked in pretty firmly to the point of being enslaved. The present energy structure hinders development of possible free energy. Now by free energy, I mean energy generated at home. Solar, Wind, etc. Suppression does exist within this structure. That is a fact.

Wouldn't work. I've seen this type of design before. It works on the principal that the train of magnets around the outer circle will pull the two in the middle. But in reality the magnets just stay in place because while the magnet next in line is pulling on one of the two magnets, the magnet behind the same magnet is pulling equally in the opposite direction. So nothing moves.
