It's not a Harrier, the ground clearance, the placement of gunpack/ LID strakes (which this aircraft appears to lack) and the LID retractable cross dam do not allow for the carriage of an under fuselage center line tank of the size this aircraft is mounted with, also the tailplane shows no sign of anhedral which is quite marked on all marks of Harriers , I agree with other posters it's a Dassult Mirage F1

It's a Mirage. The sound alone, tells me. It made the sound of a fighter at about 50 knots below mach1. He was pushing close because the noise was traveling right in front, A Harrier all out would have been heard well before the passover.
