He raised to 36k so BB was probabky 15k (standard raise is 2,x* times on tournaments )and Isildur shoved for about 200k total, so it was about (maybe less) 15BB and that short Isidur"s resteal range is wide so KQo is ahead of Isildur's restealing range + Powell had already put chips in the pot so it was a really easy call

Isildur had less than 15BB so it's a super easy 3bet shove with 88 here on a blinds battle, Powell is open raising any ace here, any pair, KTo+, broadways, and will often bet call obv with those hands, but he can also raise folding weaker hands ( + 88 is doing OK against Powell's raise/calling hand) so if we add the fact that he will fold a certain % of the time (so we have Fold equity + the equity of 88) thats a snap shove
