Go to the Kenya Judiciary website, look up the kadhi's courts and what they do, then come back here and apologise for that stupid post.

1. They do not find pple innocent or guilty because they deal with peronal matters not crime. 2. Non-muslims cannot be "found guilty" by the courts because for a dispute to be arbitrated by the Kadhi's courts as stipulated in the constitution since independence must both parties be muslim. If you want to spread hatred at least do it intelligently. Now we you apologise to society for wasting time and space?

Yet the government parrot aka jocks of all trade Mutua thinks uprooting trees and flowers and replacing them with stones in the middle of nairobi is the best thing. The inept Nairobi council needs to learn from Mombasa and should Mutua concentrate on the job he is paid to do.
