The government seems to be the biggest problem here as on the streets there seems to be nothing stopping these issues. I'm wondering, and like, this is me thinking things work out for the best, but if one is propositioned like the reporters, report to your country's embassy and see if they can talk to others higher up in Cambodia and crack down on that area, but that is thinking too optimistically, as I doubt that would happen.
Nothing is developed yet (body and mind) on a young child so whats the attraction? Physically and emotionally these old guys are just on a whole other level than these kids.
