That's right ferdovit but the stereotype of Poland as extremaly antisemitic country exists.

We opposed Nazi - antisemitic Germany and we've lost the war due to lack of help from our allies. At the same moment Lithuania and Ukraine collaborated with the Nazis killing both Poles and Jews.Slovakians were actually paying Germans for every Jewish life destroyed in Auschwitz. Yet it's Poland having the opinion of the most antisemitic country in the world. It's not right.

Looking at past winners of the annually awarded NPP, one can only wonder why it took so long for Irena to be nominated in the first place. How many times was she nominated in the past, only to lose then. If Beck truly had her best interest at heart, he'd have left Al Gore out of the argument and simply asked why she was never nominated and won at ANY point, during the more than half a century that's passed between 1945, and 2005. She's been eligible, on a yearly basis for that entire timeframe.

When I viewed this for the first time via an e-mail that a friend had sent, I cried. And then I asked myself, is this what the Nobel Peace Prize has become? I must admit that I have lost all respect for the Nobel Peace Prize not because of its orginal intent, but rather I have lost all respect for the indiviuals that are in control of this organization. And to give you a better perspective of the so called great & wonderful Al Gore, he did not pass this award on to this most beautiful lady.
