I did this once on a 16 ply truck tire on the alaska hwy for a guy that blew a tire we changed it out then showed him how to do this , do you think we could keep the bead on the rim it would go on then fully then on when it cooled would vaccuum it back off had a heck of a time .

@jayturf WE did have the valve stem out it was just the tire was so stiff we think maybe not as much lip on rim either
