Awesome Video! I did a ride from LA to Catalina Island this summer. I think I'm looking for a longer ride next summer. Im jelouse! Just came back from riding 100+ miles on Lake Powell this weekend. Just hate the cold water. CHACHO QUE BRUTAL! My 2005 Yamaha Cruise FX might need an upgrade soon. :-)

@tricks462 They ride very similar, I had a passenger on the SHO for most of the journey so it is hard to say since I had more weight on board. The FZS feels more nimble and gives you a feeling like you are sitting on top of the jet ski. The SHO feels like you are sitting inside of it. Its hard to explain, if you are trying to choose which one to purchase I would test ride both. Both are great machines!

How much gas did you guys burn?!

Fuel burn was not too bad. My SHO burned 12.8-12.9 gallons for the ride over and just as much on the way back. Full tank is 18 gallons so we had a bit of a reserve.

@2007YamahaVX okay, It seemed like a lot of fuel since my Waverunner 1200 burnes gas really fast since it's a 2 stroke...
