@Mudshadowlover11 you add layers. draw the ontline on one layer then color on the one under it. never use the background as a layer though because you cant see through it! (background is the only layer you start with.) hope that helped :)

i use a tablet and uhh...i dont know what pen pressure controll is. i only got it recently. i just use a normal brush thats kinda fuzzy for outlining (size 7) and as for the coloring i practice =D
