i got this thing called oldblivion if your having troubles playing this game get oldblivion it makes oblivion run better on small or out of date computer/laptops
NNOOOO!!!! oblivion is my arch nemesis. i don't know what bethesda did to it, but it runs like crap on pc's. Even on a 3.2 ghz tri-core xbox 360, it can get bogged down at times. It's a fun game, but they should have seriously trimmed it down a little. When my xbox broke, i was like, i'll install oblvion on my pc with a 2ghz single core processor, after all, flight simulator 2004 runs great. Wrong, as soon as i got out of the dungeon, bam! 1 frame every 5 seconds.
@ImCaptainjackass There's a reason that your name is "ImCaptainjackass" or maybe it should be "ImCaptainsmartass". In case you didn't know, the xbox 360's cpu is a custom "xenon" cpu with 3 cores designed by IBM. The PS3's "cell" processor has 1 of those cores and several little "cells" that can do specific tasks. So the cpu's of both consoles are related.
@psychoclown420 There's no need for name calling bubba, I'm a pc gamer and havn't messed with a console since the N64 came out so I didn't know that about the 360 or ps3. My system specs, i7980-x gtx 480 12gb ddr3 2200 and a crucial c300
also how much game play can you get before it starts acting up?
i might get one or ill just get a normal net book like SAM SUNG 310 it is built very well more of a business laptop but i heard they have a program that is free with it that converts video formats very nifty for a hp net book but i also have had problems with my old hp desktop with a AM2

there coming out with a duel core atom 1.6 for the ion it runs better but i still wouldn't mind this one if it atleast can play wow
