How can I learn to use Photoshop so damn well? Is it just learning by doing?

Go look for some tutorials... Trace the things shown there (but don't upload them anywhere, cuz that's just silly copying), then once you have become used to where the different things are, start experimenting on your own. If you want to paint like on this video, keep watching these speed paintings on YouTube.

there is a accessory you can buy, its a tablet and a digital pen that allows you to draw on the tablet and it hooks up to ur computer, it sensises the preasure of the pean for light and dark strokes, my friend has one, she i an amazing artist! there just fun to play arround with! thats a good way to get good accuracy on photosop or paint :)

i think all it means is when someone records a video of them painting in photoshop and it might take anywhere from an hour to six hours and then they will speed up the video so its like 4 to 5 minutes
