Dan is my the best of Raw Food inspiration

  • dan mcdonald is my inspiration

  • They always ask me what i'd like to do with my life, ive seen through the illusion that is the veil, the grid, what do i want to do? i want some freedom, i want to live on a farm and find some true love, some compatible life, health, i want to be totally submerged in a great life and they cant understand that, it's depressing

  • Paul Risse is so calm and knowledgeable! I really enjoy listening to him - so confident and super concise...he isn't trying to convince, just share good information. Cool!

  • @LuckeySweet You are right on about that :) Love Him!!

  • MY GOD I AM INLOVE!

  • Everyone, please watch the Fish For Health video I've favourited from VictorBigDipper's channel. Also, more info at rawfoodexplained (dot) com

  • Thumbs up for everything Dan and Steve said. Paul R is out to make money selling products sadly (tubs of coconut fat?) No wonder he speaks against raw food with his mis-information. And no wonder his fever went away when he gave up cacao, colloidal silver and goodness knows what, not because of the fish! Seems like a nice guy but mis-informed and pple need to have th best poss health info and not be discouraged like this. His problem also was not eating enough fruit cals leading to his cravings.

  • I'm not sure who that guy is, but he is so right about giving your body what it needs. I do NOT like fish at all, but when I'm on raw 100%, all I do is crave fish. No fats or nuts will substitute my wanting for fish when I'm eating raw. I came to the same conclusion. If you are craving something healthy, you should listen to your body and give it what it needs. In my case, I ate fish a couple times and I was over it. I gave myself what I needed.

  • I would like Paul to do a video all about Raw and the social/family life and how we can deal with the eniroment around us and things like getting rid of the tv, etc.

  • Big Problem, this Government we have don't want people to be healthy!! We all need to spread the word!! Peace/ Happiness to all...:)

  • Enzymes are destroyed by your stomach acid ... so thats just a myth

  • the rawbras wont get fitter and eventually will start to loose their fitness if they keep eating 3000-4000 calories a day. Get of the greens and low calorie watermelon and give your porsche bodies some porsche calories. Get 500g of dates and 10 bananas and mix it with a liter of water. Thats a 2500 calorie breakfast. Thats what you need, stop the breatharianism, you need calories...

  • This video reminds me why I love Paul sooo much. He is a beautiful and humble person who truly cares for people. The RawBrahs are pretty special too! ;)

  • @waterfalloflove I never mentioned anything about fruitarianism or the China Study. Read my previous comments. I referenced studies about ancient Egyptian Mummys, ancient Inuit found in ice, and Starch.

I never said anything about grains specifically, I was talking about all different kinds of starchs, including vegetables. There are millions of lean South American, Central American, Asian, and African cultures on diets of potatoes, corn, rice, millet, cassava, and other starch vegetables.

  • Love the Chariots of Fire music at the end

  • @club123459, I eat a lot of fruit. I ate almost nothing but fruit all summer but I still struggle with giving in to old habits like chocolate. I can eat a whole watermelon and still want a chocolate bar. I think it's from years of emotional & social associations with food. I have no idea really... I think it gets a bit silly to try to analyze every aspect of eating. I think we all know that whole foods, cooked or not, are much healthier than processed foods and that's a great start.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Friend, watermelon doesn't always satisfy because it isn't as high in calories as other fruits. Higher calorie fruits can help with avoiding cravings. I hope this might help.

  • Truly magnificant to have been there! Great video and awesome editing once again, Daniel! :) Keep spreading this amazing message - God, intuition, love & health! <3

  • Love this video very inspiring.

  • P.S. I've met Paul and the guy is pretty cool. He seems to be in excellent health and if I had to wager on him matched up against any vegan I am aware of in a pentathlon I'm wagering on Paul. Eating a little meat or cooked food isn't going to bring a person's health to their knees. In fact it may benefit them. This community needs to break loose of the radical chains binding them. It's okay to be radical if that's what it takes for you to stay off other addictions but relax a bit.

  • Their is probable something in the fish a vitamin your missing. It sounds like a B12 deficency. As it's the only meat where you really absorb the b12 from fish. So I would look in to eggs, or b12 sprays. You might find you don't need fish then. It worries me because fish has mecury in and toxins from the sea... I suppose if you get organic fish you would be fine. But personally I want to get away from fish so the body genetically adapts to not need meat.

  • @TheaDragonSpirit b12 is created naturally when the body's endocrine glands are clean and operable, just like when the liver is clean it produces its won enzymes, we dont need supplementation when our endocrine glands are fully functional, meat and dairy are not necessary no matter what, supplementation leads to dependency and makes the body not produce naturally, i talk more about this on my channel

  • @cintronbrandon - I will be sure to check that out. How come Dr Greger has not talked about this?

  • @TheaDragonSpirit probably because he is sticking to his M.D. ways and too attached to isolated chemistry and treatment based thinking vs addressing the cause of non utilization in the endocrine glands and detoxification and regeneration of cells, blood, and lymph

  • @cintronbrandon - actually he says a lot of stuff that dan says, he supports a lot of stuff. He also says that medical doctors actually know nothing about nutrition and most people on the street know more then their doctor on nutrition. He has not said that the body can create b12, he has said their needs to be more research in to it. Which to me implies that their still not sure.

  • @cintronbrandon - watch?v=urbH_qK3eR

  • @TheaDragonSpirit at this point ive read pretty much everything when it comes to health and self improvement, and one of the only guys with creditbility is Dr. Robert Morse, a biochemist, naturepath, herbal master, iridologist, with 40+ yrs of experience in healing hundreds of thousands of people from every disease known to man all over the world, i cant name one person who can even come close, check him out if you dont know about him,

  • @cintronbrandon - Thanks

  • @TheaDragonSpirit, what is organic fish? If you mean don't eat farm fish I agree 100%! Do not eat farm fish, no way! The problem is what you said though, we have too many toxins in our environment. The smaller fish like sardines have less time to build up toxins. Large fish like tuna have years to accumulate the toxins and, in my opinion, should not be eaten. Cold water fish like Alaskan Salmon are a safer option, but still not full proof. Meat is not the pollution killing this planet.

  • @TheaDragonSpirit libaware.economads has a very good B12 article

  • Ha! Daniel I thought for sure you were a marketing major or something. In your videos you don't give off a pre-med vibe at all. 'Twas surprising to fing that out. Good looking dude that Paul Risse. He should wear the ponytail more often. Shows off more of his manly beauty. Love his wisdom. I completely hear what he's saying about intuitive eating as this has been my own philosophy for some time now.

  • I wish I was there with you all:)

  • That Paul guy is right on the money.

  • WOW!!!thank you so much for sharing this, its truly inspring to say the least!!!soo much truth and wisdom and LOVE!!!much blessings!!!!

  • why did the freetreat have mostly women?

  • Whoa, this was awesome.

  • Paul Rissee... wow! I think I love him. :)

  • *v*

  • paul risse, great talk. raw foods are great but we do have the capacity to reach our full potential even with cooked foods (that isnt known harmful like high heated oils). its great to seek out the truth for whats the best for us, but the truth is there is no answer, no right way. we are human, the most adaptable species. its so annoying when speakers compare ourselves to how animals eat. we are not those animals. we can cook. put your mind to your ideals and just live life.

  • So much sense spoken in this video.Very inspirational. Thanks for sharing.Beaucoup bliss Brahs xxx

  • Of course Paul felt better after eating fish, he stopped the detox process. The same reason a heroin addict who is sick from detoxing will feel better when they get a dose. The body has cellular memory. I craved meat when I was pregnant because I was low on iron and the body doesn't know to crave iron pills. Research into what your body is actually craving and you can find a healthy natural source to fulfill the craving. It's all about education.

  • @Bananimalrecords, what? The body doesn't know to crave iron pills? Iron pills can be toxic to the human body and I wouldn't take them for anything. I sure hope the body doesn't now to crave iron pills. In my opinion meat is a very important part of nutrition. I don't think there are any honest studies to prove that lean, clean meats are anything but beneficial, especially fish. Where you do you get your iodine? Fish is natural and healthy. Why do we need to look for an alternative? Odd

  • @thewaterfalloflove agreed! i bbq sardines with some sea salt , awesome

  • @thewaterfalloflove ahh, waterfall of love, i see youre promoting your meat eating ways still:) iodine comes from kelp and a healthy thyroid, here is my question, if fish carries the most parasites than any other meat and meat and dairy promote the most disease, why would anyone choose to live off of what causes disease, if fire burns us, why would we justify playing with fire a little bit, people just justify their addictions with this stuff stating that toxic food is healthy in tid bits

  • @cintronbrandon, meat doesn't cause disease in my opinion. It's well documented that the Eskimos thrived off a diet of almost nothing but meat until they were introduced to grains and sugars. I believe grains and sugars are the cause of disease, with fried foods and lack of enough raw foods following. I'm not too afraid of parasites and that's why animals eat toxic plants once in a while in my opinion. We should too. If you want to be radical go for it but the longest living humans eat meat

  • @thewaterfalloflove your right its purely your opinion, different climates make you crave different foods, thrive wouldnt be a word for the eskimos eating fish, they barely lived to 50yrs lol, look it up, if you crave meat.. cool, but dont go on forums stating that its healthy rambling off conditioned thinking to justify your addictions

  • @cintronbrandon, they had almost zero incidence of disease. Heart disease was non-existent and they had strong bones and excellent teeth. Those are all signs of good health. As for the average life expectancy what was the expectancy for the rest of the world for the same time period? You look it up. Maybe you'll even find some curse words to help you understand it better :)

  • @thewaterfalloflove youre right ill just eat dead stagnant bloody corpses to cultivate health, i guess we can leave it at that, since thats what your debate is

  • @cintronbrandon, "dead bloody corpses" - a perfect example of the fact that your mindset is bias and irrational. Every living thing eats other living things. That's a fact. I'm not saying raw foods are bad and I'm not saying we should eat a lot of meat. I am saying that sugars, grains, fried foods and all the junk food (cheeseburgers, fries and soda pop) most "meat eaters" eat absolutely causes disease. Don't compare that to a person who eats mostly raw foods and a little meat.

  • @cintronbrandon, by the way, I don't crave meat. I crave grains and sugars and I know they are not healthy. As for meat I don't eat a lot of it. I don't think we need a lot of it. We need to eat mostly raw fruit and vegetables, but I think lean red meats and fish and wild game are very beneficial when prepared in a healthy manner, not fried and not the fats of the meat like hamburger and sausage. If anyone "rambles" it's you. I simply try to keep a stable, logical and open mind.

  • @thewaterfalloflove

Sugars are healthy, grains probably aren't that bad either. You will face problems though if you eat diet high in fat.

  • @ReniLariH, hmmm... I don't think you can argue that sugars aren't that bad. Corn syrup will wipe your health pretty fast in my opinion. I don't think all fats are bad. Avocado is amazing. I agree most animal fats are bad and even worse when cooked. The Egyptians ate a diet high in grains and had a high rate of heart disease. The Inuits ate a diet high in animal fat (cold water though) and had zero heart disease.

  • @thewaterfalloflove

If you get sugars(carbs) from fruits and grains, it's healthy. But only if you don't eat lots of fat, because when you combine fats with carbs, bad things start to happen. This is probably why Inuits are healthy although I don't know about their health. But they apparently don't get carbs right? As for the Egyptians, they probably ate lots of oils/fats with carbs. That's what I've witnessed at least...

  • @thewaterfalloflove Atherosclerosis has only been found in Egyptian Mummys. People entitled to mummification were wealthy, typically royalty and priests, which ate rich foods such as beef, sheep, goats, wild fowl, bread, and cake. Analysis of their hair indicates a reflection of a modern Western diet.

Atherosclerosis has been found in ancient Inuit preserved by ice.

  • @Jonathan0491, there are many links of grains to heart disease. Complex carbs cause fat in the human body and fat in the human body is linked to an increase risk of heart disease. Grains are used to fatten cattle for a reason - they cause the body to store fat. Lean meat does not cause the body to store fat. Ask any professional bodybuilder what foods cause stored fat. There are cultures who eat high amounts of meat with no heart disease. Bread and cake = bad. Grains, refined sugar = bad.

  • @thewaterfalloflove There are millions of people currently living in rural South America, Central America, Asia, and Africa on diets of potatoes, corn, rice, millet, cassava, and other starch vegetables. When these same people migrate to the cities and change to a diet centered on animal foods and processed foods they become fat and sick, just like many of the Egyptians of ancient times and most of the Westerners of today.

  • @Jonathan0491, this is typical bullsh*t lies you radicals try to sell. FIrst of all yes as person can survive on starchy foods but I assure these are active people and they don't eat a lot. Do processed foods cause people to get sick and diseased, absolutely, but lean meats do not. Refined grains like wheat and breads are not healthy. They are fattening but if you're not eating a lot of it, you will probably be okay. There are many people who can eat meat and not gluten. You're bias.

  • @Jonathan0491, you're so full of bs. You're radical and you're only going to believe information that supports your radical beliefs.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Not at all. =) I'm just gonna let this one slide. Haha xD You don't even know me but I've wasted way too much time(and money!) on nonesense like this when I could be understanding more of the deeper regeneration and its pretty clear now that if you take a few minutes to look it up its like.. yeah, just saying.. its just common sense really and you see a little myth here, see a little myth there, its like an itch! and you just have to itch it away!

  • Comment removed

  • @Jonathan0491, You're not even rational. You have one school of thought - China study/80/10/10/fruitarian

Do wild animals get heart disease? Do wild animals eat meat? Do wild animals eat grains?

Humans are designed to eat meat - period. Humans are not designed to eat dairy, refined sugar or grains or processed foods of any kind and that is where the bulk of disease comes from.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Not sure what you mean.. I referenced the China National Bureau of Statistics, not the China Study, which is a book. They eat 2600 calories per day, thats not a school of thought.

I was responding to you about starch and cultures that eat potatoes, corn, rice, millet, cassava, and other starch, not about only grains. Starch is a type of carbohydrate present in many different plants and some fruits, grains are a type of seed, which is only one source of starch.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Friend, look up celestialhealing (dot) net and look at the chart called How Humans Are Not Physically Created to Eat Meat. Also the FAQ at foodnsport and on youtube. Meat articles at rawfoodexplained and rawforlife, as well. Friend, I sincerely mean it, no worry if you disagree. We can agree to disagree. Love and peace.

  • @natureasintended, can you show me anyone who has gotten diseased just from eating baked chicken breast? I can show you countless people diseased from eating sugar. Meat is natural - not the farm raised meats we have access to but wild meat. It's natural and healthy in my opinion. What mankind is NOT designed to eat are processed and refined foods. They do 100% cause disease.

  • @natureasintended As I do agree consuming meat should be minimized and to wild and/or organically raised meats, I eat as God intended as He did make me. And to my understanding, God's intention was for us to eat some animals, not all, but some (Chews cud, split hoof, etc..). And that is from the only source of information I need :) So in the argument of vegan/ non-vegan I side with God.

  • @Keckpec29 I have seen many Bible references which express that we should not eat meat. If God wanted you to be a meat eater, he would have given you sharp claws, teeth etc and you would salivate around animals and desire to eat them. Love and peace

  • @natureasintended 1 Then God blessed Noah and his sons and told them, ?Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth. 2 All the animals of the earth, all the birds of the sky, all the small animals that scurry along the ground, and all the fish in the sea will look on you with fear and terror. I have placed them in your power. 3 I have given them to you for food, just as I have given you grain and vegetables. 4 But you must never eat any meat that still has the lifeblood in it

  • And we have Canine teeth for eating meat.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Cattle naturally eat a diet of grass to meet their energy requirement. Grass is a very low calorie food when compared with starchy vegetables and grains, and naturally requires grazing and fermentation to supply enough energy(and nutrition). Cattle become fat simply because they eat the starchs as they would eat grass, thus supplying nearly double the amount of energy they naturally need, storing the rest as fat.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Friend, excellent blog from rawforlife (I don't agree with the calorie restriction idea) "They'll also tell you that cultures known for following high-meat diets, such as the Inuit and Masai, are perfectly healthy. However, I have conflicting information that includes reports that Inuits suffer from one of the highest osteoporosis rates in the world, and that the Masai do in fact suffer from cardio-vascular disease, arthritis and osteoporosis (particularly the males)."

  • @thewaterfalloflove "Eskimos eat a lot of fish; they also have a high rate of osteoporosis. After the age of 40, Eskimos of both sexes have a 10-15% greater bone loss than the US average."

  • fish is a false craving!

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer, prove it.

  • @thewaterfalloflove read 80 10 10 by dr. doug graham... he is the leading expert on the human species specific diet...

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer lol okay ;)

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer In your opinion!

  • @mutzigmorzine not only in my opinion... read 80 10 10 by dr. doug graham... he is the leading expert on the human species specific diet... also check out the china study, it's the most comprehensive study ever done on the human diet...

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer It's a lot to do with the specific situation though. Some people eat fish, because it's the staple of the diet, especially on small islands!

  • Because of my health issues I went on the raw food diet over night five months ago and never looked back!!!! The two or three months are a little difficult but after that I've got reworded with radiant health and amazing energy!!! Love and peace!!

  • Great clip :)

  • Good vid. I see people talking about the importance of raw and fresh fruits, I'm all for it,but since I'm Canada, I thank God for: trucks, trains, ships, cargo, etc. because I can enjoy all those nice fruits. If not, most of the fruits here is apples, strawberries, raspeberries, bleuberries (for a short time) other than those there would not be much when fruits is concerned. Thank you God for being able to eas so well today.

  • Paul Risse for President or President's Council on Physical Fitness or Hippie of the Year. Give the man some kind of position or award for making sense. At least admit he has the best male ponytail.

  • well done guys:) appreciate it
