People must see things objectively as Yao did. He took it as a challenge He stayed and in TEN years With the ROCKETS he was able to change things. he never did become negative like some of us here does!
Yao Ming did not dunk on anybody at first when he came to NBA cauz he thought it was humiliating the opponent. His softness is somehow developed in Chinese culture.
The text made me think that Yao became simultaneously a symbol of a rising China, flexing its muscles and assertiveness, and a symbol of how Chinese people can compete with the world if they strive to succeed and never give up.
Salute to the best Chinese player of all time! Although injuries limited you to nine seasons you still constructed a bridge from the NBA to the rest of the world.
One of the many inspirational basketball players that i aspire to be, and he is my all time favorite :) i drastically improved my post player abilities and power forwarding skills just by watching this guy and implementing them into my training especially during games.
Yao could have developed to be the most dominant center in the league, and could be considered as the best center of all time, but sadly he just can't stay healthy.
Im watching the documentary right now. It's a great one too. Thumbs Up if you liked the first game between O'Neal and Ming.

能在NBA打球的中國人現在實在太少了,姚明的確為國爭光。
希望腳傷痊癒是真的,繼續立足NBA。
