Jeg ble bestandig redd da de spilte den sangen som var på introen da jeg var liten, min søster tvang meg til å følge med på serien på grunn av at det var ganske lærerikt med gode historiske hendelser. Jeg husker spesielt godt en episode der den skjeggete mannen dør... Tror det var ifra steinaldertiden, en veldig god serie som ikke burde blitt tatt for gitt, noe annet en dagens tegnefilmer :/

With good reason. It actually is educational. That would go against the idea of cartoons on US TV, which are FAR from educational. That and it was produced in Europe. I mean ,yikes, the conservatives wouldn't like it. And lo and behold, it's pro-evolution. No way you'd see that in the "buy-bull" belt.

Yes, the conservatives wouldn't like this one bit. I was impressed they tackled evolution yet threw in some religion-oriented tidbits on the side. Church and state never separate in this.

The english title to this particular series is "Once Upon A Time... Man".  A DVD sold in France has both French and English language tracks I believe. Hardly any of the "Once Upon A Time" programs were ever aired in the US, though I had a chance to see one of them on cable in the 90'.s
