  • You Guys just ramble on and on about how many grams per serving and shit.Like fuck is it good or what?

  • Comment removed

  • I'm 26 with 5'10" and weight is 110 pound plz recommend me the supplements I do go to the gym. I want to add some mass or weight I am nearlly skinny so plz plz plz guide me.

  • ha yeah, solid review, but it is odd that a chubby dude and a skinny dude are reviewing a protein supplement.

  • Great review, I have watched a lot of you guys and checked out your site, shame you don't supply to the UK thats all I can say. You guys explain the products in a clear and thoughtful way, you obviously know your stuff and consider all the important factors. Thanks for the info.

  • good review

  • Hello, I was wondering when starting your day, when will it be best to take Whey Protein? Can you take it more than once per day? Also can you take it during/after breakfast, lunch and dinner? I know it's best to take it before, during, or after weight lifting. Just wondering can I take it more than once plus how do I evenly separate it if so.

  • Great video!

  • Does it taste better or as good as Scivation?

  • can you guys recommend an alternative to ON 100%whey in terms of price? would Twin Lab 100% whey protein fuel be a comparable alternative?

  • I am takeing two scoops of that whey every day for the last three years as well as healty meals and i am still burning muscle, If u want a good whey protein after a workout go for

hydro whey because that stuff is crap.

  • Is it a good Idea to take Xtend during Workout and then take Protein right after?

  • Please respond, thank you. I have to agree with a comment in some ways which was posted by "1337cole1337" ... basically i think it would be really really helpful if you had some sort of a star rating procedure in which you would rate perhaps, muscle gain, recovery, weight gain... and so on. Please reply and let me know what you think. Thanks for alllllll yours time for giving advice and helping me. thank you, Kamran.

  • Hey guys

Thanks for the great videos. I was wondering how much grams of protein you should additionally add if you're combining protein with weightgainers?

    greets

  • How is someone new to all the supplements gonna understand what they are saying ....

    Get it organiSed ....

  • The WHEY to go xD Nice pun!

  • i would to take 2700gr. Whey Gold + 2700gr Serious Mass, will have results or not? i'm ectomorphic and i would to take in mass. It's good idea or not? THX

  • soo if youre a heavy guy in terms of fat mass, is it recomendable to first loose the fat before consuming any protein drinks, or what would you recomend?

  • I really don't mean to hate but why are a sort of skinny guy and a sort of fat guy reviewing protein powder o.O

  • @Foxx6699 Not that it is relevant to one's knowledge but due to comments like this we I have decided to wear tighter shirts in recent vids as I am hardly skinny (5'11 180lbs 6% body fat). Glenn is currently leaning out and making vids on his progress. Go to our homepage and check our recent vids and see if you come to the same conclusion. regardless we appreciate you watching.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Can i take 2 scoops of this whey protein after my worktout?

  • @BestPriceNutrition im afraid foxx6699 is absolutely right. you say your not skinny but in fairness from this video we can all see you are very skinny. even your shoulders are very small. and that guy beside you is just fat to be harsh but honest. how do you expect to sell this if it doesnt look like its worked on neither of you guys? that shirt doesnt look exactly loose either by the way.

  • @BestPriceNutrition - Dude, you're a little touchy about your weight aren't you .. and i've seen your recent vids .. there's def a major difference between how you look here and there ..

Fox6699 commented on how you looked .. if you looked skinny to him, you looked skinny to him

need to be more mature in your reaction - "I have decided to wear tighter shirts in recent vids as I am hardly skinny (5'11 180lbs 6% body fat)." - this isn't

    **peace**

  • @BestPriceNutrition Isnt it funny how if your wearing a regular loosee fitting shirt and your not a 240 pound bodybuilder people are quick to call you skinny. Your stats are pretty solid not that thats relevant at aLL IN REVIEWING A FREAKING WHEY PROTEIN POWDER lol

  • @BestPriceNutrition you think 5'11 180 is not skinny? I'm 5'9 195 with abs your dreaming Bro.

  • @Foxx6699 who gives a shit about how they look. as long as they give insightful information about the product, then it's a good review in my opinion.

  • @Foxx6699 I'm sure the chemist who made this product was not a body-builder so what difference does it make/?

  • @Foxx6699 I think even if they were 100lbs each it would be irrelevant compared to their obvious and unlike whats found on most of this site, correct knowledge. Why does everyone expect anybody in the fitness industry to be a body builder?

  • @Foxx6699 protein powder is just food, there freakin nutritionists giving you an honest breakdown of the product. Do you really need a 240 pound bodybuilder to do that????

  • @Foxx6699 maybe they are nutritionist.

  • Ok guys, i know this is not a gainer but still, does it help you gain weight? I've been working out for 5 months and gained just 2 kilograms.. And i don't find the gainers really effective. I neither get fats for which everyone who used gainer complains, neither gain clear kilograms, i mean i gained a few kg's but i don't find it satisfying.. I hear a lot of positive comments on whey 100 gold standard so i was hesitating whether to buy it or not. I'd be grateful if you responded to my question.

  • @92hardstyler its all dependent upon how many calories you take in relative to how many you burn. If you use a whey protein like this and only eat an additional 1,000 calories from food and if someone else takes the same amount and has the same activity level and eats 2,000 calories from food then they would gain weight. Check out our vid how to gain wight/how to gain muscle as we go in depth on the topic, if you have ?s after watching feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

  • i just used google to look up the price and a 1lbs tub of it is 11.99

  • awesome guys thanks a lot, also could glenn post some pics of his progress so far? or is another update vid coming up soon? nevertheless great job guys

  • @10gguizado we will have an update vid next week. I'll let Glenn know people are requesting updated pics. Thank you for watching.

  • sounds fancy, what company that you know of makes this type of whey protein?

  • @10gguizado it's not cheap so if budget is a concern there are whey that will suffice. Allmax Nutrition Isoflex is a CFM whey isolate.

  • is this one of the top whey protein supplements? or do you think that there are better?

  • @10gguizado its one that we would say is reasonably priced for what you get. Is at the best whey you can get? no. The best form of whey you can get is Cross Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate. This is a whey isolate/concentrate blend, which is fine as long as priced accordingly which this is. Hope this helps.

  • You guys are really not much help!

  • @69drmed if you have a specific question you'd like us to address feel free to post it and we will answer back.

  • Pointless "review"

  • @jdr21222 if you have a specific question you'd like us to address feel free to post it and we will answer back.

  • this protein 100% Whey Gold Standard ¿ Its good or no ?

  • @PokemonChanDee it's pretty good as it is a middle of the road powder in the sense that it has both whey concentrate and isolate.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Good. but your price is very hight

  • @PokemonChanDee it is? There is a minimum advertised price on this product which we are at (46.99), if you find it cheaper we will beat the price. Send us a PM is you decide to order and we will send you some free goodies as well.

  • @BestPriceNutrition I need to buy 5 lbs of this product, but i is priced at $ 99.49 and wow I was surprised when I saw the price.

  • @PokemonChanDee you are not looking at our site then because that is not our price, not even close. Where are you seeing this, perhaps we can help you find it.

  • @BestPriceNutrition I'm fI'm from Latin America. if you want to place an order Could send me to my country?

I am interested in your site look 100% whey protein gold standard 5lbs, is priced at 46.99 if a request ago when it cost me money

  • betweendymatize super mass gainer and the product from this video witch one would you recommend

  • @mcdrummonkey they are completely different as one is a weight gainer and the other is a protein powder w/o the extra carbs and fat. Bottom line is it is dependent on your goals. Check out out our vid on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle as we go in depth on what one needs to do to gain muscle. If after watching you have questions feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

  • After watching a bunch of videos from you guys, I've noticed that your reviews don't give a decisive conclusion on if you feel a product is effective.

If you could throw up some stars on the screen, or maybe just rate the product out of 10 (maybe your rating out of 10 and a rating compared to competitors out of 10) that would really be helpful.

  • @1337cole1337 sometimes it's difficult to do this as the ratings are affected by the selling price as some products are solid yet are priced as if they are top of the line. If you ever have questions feel free to post them or send us a PM and we are happy to give you a straight answer as far as feedback.

  • @1337cole1337 i don't think they're trying to rate the product but rather share their knowledge on it so that you can make an informed decision for yourself based on your own goals.

  • I am a skinny dude, do you guys reckon that this product will help me gain abit of weight and muscle mass if i take this ofter working out

  • @randomdudeam

no it would gain u weight...

try Gain Weighter products... this whey has a 2g Carbo. ^^

  • @ky0uma

please suggest me some types D:

  • @randomdudeam

    Weider Mega Mass 4000

  • @randomdudeam check out our vid on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle as we go in depth on what one needs to do to gain weight. If after watching you have questions feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

  • @randomdudeam nope this is whey protein, so only take it right after workout to feed ur muscles....if you want to gain weight, find out ur calory needs, and make sure you taking in the amount of calory your body needs to gain weight...for weight gain just buy the weight gainers, they have high calory servings....but try to go with natural healthy food...at least that's what i do,,,,i have had huge muscles mass gain....

  • how come it is only your guys website which stock the Empyrean Insu-Pro? What PWO should I use as I am based in the UK? Thanks

  • @Buakaw161 we are pretty sure it is on a few other sites and in many stores. We know they have MAP (minimum advertised price) policy like Cellucor so many sites don't sell it as it's more of a store brand. In the UK CNP Pro Recover is a pretty good recovery product. Hope this helps.

  • Love all the time and effort put into the vids. look forward to the next one. Im trying to put on lean muscle mass thru diet/heavy training and supplements. I understand that its best to take a fast digesting protein post workout so this means its best to go with a WPI correct? or higher ratio of Wpi then wpc maybe? Im trying to choose the best protein supps for my goal. Let me know what u think about this- Could I use This "ON" supp post wrkout and use syntha6 or myofusion in between meals?

  • @SSJHASH thank you for the kind words. First of all you want to shoot for ~0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight per day from a combination of food and supplements. Some people can reach these goals w/ a good post workout powder and the rest from food, others do that and like to add 1-2 protein shakes in per day, so it depends on your diet (any of the powders mentioned would suffice). For pwo we like Empyrean Nutrition Insu Pro as it has the fastest absorbing protein, carbs, and.

  • @SSJHASH (cont'd) an insulin mimetic/antioxidant in Na R ALA. If you have any other questions let us know. Hope this helps.

  • @SSJHASH (cont'd) an insulin mimetic/antioxidant in Na R ALA. If you have any other questions let us know. Hope this helps.

  • Could you tell me the amount sodium, saturated fat, and transfat? thank you.

  • @dsingson5 it varies by flavor. The chocolate has the following per serving: Sodium - 60mg, Saturated Fat 0.5g (no trans fat).

  • i am perfect size for my position in football and i jus wanna be the strongest guy in the school and right now im 3rd so wut protien supplement is the best jus to get stronge or mostly gettin stronge

  • @datxtrickshot1 based on where you are at you likely just need to fine tune your training and diet. For you we would recommend a good post workout powder (best we have seen is Empyrean Nutrition Insu Pro) and sticking with good explosive compound movements for strength (cleans, deadlifts, squats, pullups, etc..). Hope this helps.

  • i am 221 pounds 5'11, i bench 200 and i dont have a firm chest, will this help?

  • @reevan101 it can, protein is essential for building muscle. Check out our recent vid on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle as we think you will find it very helpful, you can find it on our YouTube homepage and feel free to shoot us question after watching and we will answer back. Hope this helps.

  • Honestly, I believe GNC's Wheybolic Extreme 60 blows this out of the water. Optimum has way more fat, calories, and cholesterol. Not good for most people who are trying to get stronger, while cutting some fat off. I am in no way praising GNC, as they are expensive, but the nutritional value, for me personally is unmatched. Thanks for the review though guys!

  • @BartenderGVille guess who make GNCs protein powders???

  • @BestPriceNutrition Optimum? That's great info. Thank you. Then why can't Optimum make a product that's as lean(less cholesterol, fat, calories) than Wheybolic Extreme 60?

  • @BartenderGVille you got it. Few things and obviously we don't sell Wheybolic so it may seem biased but we are being honest. It's overpriced and under dosed in terms of the enzymes in it. Cholesterol and the link to heart disease is a myth for the most part short of a VAP test to determine the LDL pattern, same w/ saturated fat. We are not big on hydrolyzed whey, free form AAs, and they do not disclose the type of isolate. Please send us a PM and we can elaborate if you'd like Hope this helps

  • Hey guys, im 18, 5'9 and weigh about 130 lbs. Do you recommend weigh protein? Im tryin to put on muscle mass! and nothing works.. i have a very fast metabolism i guess. I also don't have the luxury to eat 6 meals a day, do to financial issues. What kind of food do you recommend? thank you

  • @MikeMoKnowsThoseHos you don't have to eat 6 meals a day, that's a myth. Check out our recent vid on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle as we think you will find it very helpful, you can find it on our YouTube homepage and feel free to shoot us question after watching and we will answer back. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Okay, i watched it. Thank you, that helped out a lot! I didn't know about that whole "metabolism" myth. You guy's are great! Thanks again.

  • @MikeMoKnowsThoseHos nice, glad we could help.

  • hi guys quick question, whats your opinion on ON's BCAA caps? whens the best time to take BCAAs, also i recently purchased ON's optimen and Primaforce Lean green tea from you guys, any comments or recommendations? thanks! also good luck Glenn!

  • @10gguizado BCAAs would benefit you most if you were on a hypocaloric diet, they are used to prevent muscle breakdown due to low calories and ones desire to avoid extra calories as BCAAs on their own can not build muscle. Therefore you could just use a small serving of whey in place of them where you get all 20 amino acids in a peptide bonded form or go with a capsule product w/ all 20 AAs as peptides. Let us know if you have other questions and thank you for the kind words.

  • I have two questions, does this protein contain creatine and which protein do you guys prefer?

  • @mrfancypants91 no it does not contain creatine, as far as whey proteins go, cross flow microfiltration whey protein isolate is ideal. Now these cost more so there are products such as Gold Standard that have a blend of whey concentrate and isolate if you can't afford a pure CFM whey isolate. Hope this helps.

  • Would you say 100% Whey is good for loosing weight? Or does it add weight to your body. I take casein before bed but just wondering if I should start taking this right after a workout to help lose weight and gain muscle. Hope you can help!

  • @JohnMacG77

There aren't good or bad foods/supplements for losing weight.

Its about eating less calories than what your body uses per day.

  • @JohnMacG77 it can be its more of a matter of calories taken in relative to calories burned. However included in that you should shoot for 0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight per day, the other macro nutrients are determined by how many calories you need to build muscle and burn fat. Hope this helps.

  • can teens take whey protein like 100% whey?, I'm 15

  • @SuperTX1000 yes however you should watch our video on bodybuilding supplements for teens and also have your parents watch it as well so they know what it is as well. If they have questions they are welcome to ask us.

  • Comment removed

  • Do you think that creatine would be okay for a 16 year old teen?

  • @insanity719 most certainly not man...

  • @insanity719 at 16 creatine is not a rate limiting factor to you growing as you need time training and having a good diet with enough protein and EFAs (essential fatty acids). We'd say give yourself couple more years training hard and eating good then add creatine into the mix.

  • @insanity719 16 is fine... its not going to effect you any differently than it would a 18 year old or a 17 year old... just take 5g a day and you will be fine.

  • i just bough "supreme gainers gold nutrition" , and idk how many scoops or how much water to mixe it with !! , plz guys can you help me out ? explaine me this :

"" to maximum muscular growth : take 1/2 serving (4 scoops 160g) 30 to 40 minuts befor exercise and 1/2 serving ( 4 scoops 160) immediately after training """ (this is the info from the bottle)

so i don't know how many scoops to mix with how much water !!

    thanks in advance

  • @just4all1 first off do not take in all of those calories so close to your workout, give yourself at least 90 minutes before your worjout otherwise you will have a ton of blood in your gut and will be burping that up. The amount of water you use is based on your desired consistency. Good luck.

  • Comment removed

  • @BestPriceNutrition thanks for your answer, .. how about mixing 2 scoops ( happy medium) with 360 ml of water befor and after workout ? ( i weight 77 kg )

  • @just4all1 that would be fine but keep in mind your protein need from supplements is determined relative to your intake from foods.

  • @BestPriceNutrition thanks a lot i really appreciate your answers, when i mixed it with 360 ml of water, the taste was strong, so is it ok to add more water, will it change anything ? or it doesn't matter how much water i add as long as the 2 scoops are mixed

    thanks for the informative videos

  • @just4all1 sure you can add more water to get a desired taste/consistency. Glad we can help and thank you for watching we appreciate it.

  • Sorry for the grammar guys.

  • I have one more question. I am on my Cell phone and it doesnt allow me to PM. I am taking this Natural estosterone Boosters and 5-10 minutes after I take it my throats gets really hot and it slowly creeps dosn my chest to my stomach. Should I be worried? :/ thanks.

  • @NoLifeAfterDeath1991 can you tell us the ingredients in it or the name of it. It is likely there are some herbs in there and it is getting caught in your throat or you are burping them up. No worries on the grammar, this is an informal medium anyways. Let us know the ingredients if you want us to take a further look. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition XPI Syntheroid: - Tribulus Terrestris (80% Saponis) - 650mg - Testofen Fenugreek Seed Extract (50% fenusides) - 300mg - 20-Hydroxyecdysterone) - 250mg - Aminogen - 250mg - Coleus Forkskohlii 10% - 125mg - Milk Thistle - 120mg - Alpha Lipoic Acid - 100mg - Eurycoma Longifolia 100:1 - 100mg - Horny Goat Weed 10% - 100mg - Bioperine Black Pepper Extract (95% piperine) - 15mg - Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin
  • @NoLifeAfterDeath1991 it is likely the alpha lipoic acid coming up on you, so nothing really to worry about.

  • So is this whey (optimum) ion-exchange or cross flow microfiltrated ?

  • @ejlit10 unfortunately Optimum does not disclose it on their label which typically means its ion exchange but we can't be sure. Perhaps if you contacted them they may tell you, if you they are not of help let us know and we will see if we can find out for you.

  • best taste i tasted but i need two buckets a months so i rather ordered egg whites...

  • @celpabedn 2 buckets a month (assuming 5 lb containers) that's a lot. Please note protein powders should be used to supplement your protein intake not replace all of your foods. So lets say you need 175g per day and get 125g from food, then you could take say 50g from powder which would make an average low carb 5 lb protein powder last ~37 days. Hope this helps.

  • I ordered supplements from XPI Supplements. What are your thoughts about that company? I got Myotein (protein), Myonox (pre-workout), Myoswell (Creatine), Xtreme ZMA and Syntheroid (Testosterone). Thanks!!

  • @NoLifeAfterDeath1991 to be up front we do nor carry this line. That being said these products are far overpriced relative to equivalent or at least very similar supplement lines available. Some of the products are under dosed, use unproven ingredients, and the use of a patented ingredient does not make it good. Now some will be fine such as the pre workout in terms of you feeling the stims and the protein, they are just overpriced. If you have more ?s on these feel free to send us a PM.

  • What's the link to the video? I'm not sure if the one I saw is the right now.

  • @DXxFiin3stxXJ we can't post links in here so if you go to our YouTube home page (click BestPriceNutrition above) you can find it there.

  • Comment removed

  • @bdepardell funny how you can glean one's physical fitness from a YouTube video. Speaking for myself (John) compete in grappling and don't really care what I look like. Check out one of our most recent videos and see if you come to the same conclusion. Do you have any questions about the product or are you just looking to take shots at people? Anyways thanks for watching.

  • how many times should i take it and when ?

  • @mazen1494 the goal should be ~0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight per day from food and supplement. So if you weigh 200lbs and get 125g from food you would get the rest from supplement, this will determine how many time per day you need it. Good luck

  • @BestPriceNutrition thanks alot :)

  • @SwaggJohnson I meant if you have no intestinal problems, what is better Isoflex or Optimum Nutrution? Straight answer please lol

  • @SwaggJohnson independent of GI issues Isoflex has a superior whey protein as it is Cross Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate. That being said it does cost more so if price is a concern the Gold Standard is a fine alternative. As for what you mix it in, its up to your caloric needs, except if you use it post workout then mix it in water and add simple carbs. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Ok that did help, but why do you say water after the workout?

  • @SwaggJohnson milk will slow the absorption of the whey and you want nutrients delivered rapidly following training.

  • What is the best mass gainer protein shake out there? Or which protein shakes would give me more mass overall.

  • @DXxFiin3stxXJ you know there many to choose from, check out our video on how to gain weight (just made) as we discuss a good criteria to apply for choosing a weigh gainer. Please let us know if you have questions after watching.

  • Biology Class

  • i take this now. im about 170-175. will this help me build muscle? im not worried about weight

  • @GangGreen80 it can, you have to get in your case 130-175g of protein per day and a supplement like this makes it easier to reach that goal. If you are not gaining then you need to eat more carbs and fat so your protein is not burned for energy.

  • @BestPriceNutrition 130-175 u mean protein in general right

  • @GangGreen80 yes that's correct, 130-175g per day from a combination of food and supplement.

  • @BestPriceNutrition ok. i usually mix the shake with a banana but i like a scoop of peanut butter better. anything else i should add to the shake besides milf, the powder, pb, and ice?

  • @GangGreen80 well that will help add calories, if you are still having trouble gaining you can eat more carbs or switch to a more calorie dense shake. How do you add a milf to your shake, JK :)

  • @BestPriceNutrition o whoops lol sometimes haha. but seriously ur sayin pb will add more calories im just adding bc it has more protein than a banana

  • @GangGreen80 sorry misread your question thought you were using both, that being said both would be better as you would get extra fat (& protein) from the PB and the banana would add carbs.

  • The other protein u r advertising is shit ON gold standard is the best won awards for years in a row

  • @MrNewyork1966 which one are we advertising? There is nothing wrong w/ Gold Standard, but to say it is the best is simply false. It is a powder that the price meets the quality. Supplement awards have nothing to do with anything but sales so not sure what your point is there. Perhaps you can post something more intelligent so we can have an adult discussion.

  • allright hey um would say 3, 5kg bags last a yera coz i was planning to spend some of my christmas money on protein and creatine 3 bags of 5kgs opto nutrition gold standard whey a kilo of opto nutrtion micronied creatine that would supply me for a year i mean im only sixteen i dont need like jack3d or prework outs just take a energy drink or some coffee

  • @chris12345678910111 just figure out how much you want to take per day and figure out how many grams of protein are in each container you are looking to buy, divide it and you arrive at your answer.

  • Hey Guys would it be okay if I only take whey protein on workout days post workout and before I go to bed. Also I kind of have a six pack already and am thin hence the reason I want to take protein but you said this specific protein is only 75% protein with the rest being fat. Is that true because I want to build muscle but I would also like to keep my six pack.

  • @Tripod509 no it's not that the rest is fat, there's ash, flavoring, carbs, and fat that make up the difference. Overall this is low in carbs and fat. If you want to gain lean mass and stay relatively lean you just have to eat close to what you burn in terms of calories. You can use this pwo but you should have simple carbs as well. If you need more specific help feel free to PM us and we can take a look at what you are doing.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Thanks also if I'm thin say 6"2" and 160 pounds would it be better for me to take this whey protein or serious mass because I want to stay lean and am skeptical about taking serious mass because I heard your not supposed to try and alter your metabolism at a young age as it will cause problems in the future. I'm 18 by the way.

  • @Tripod509 calorie dense shakes won't ruin your metabolism. You may want a powder w/ a lesser carb to protein ratio than Serious Mass (which is ~ 5:1) perhaps something closer to a 2:1 carb to protein ratio. 6'2" 160lbs is pretty light so adding some extra calories is going to be necessary for you to gain weight.Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Are there any supplements you would recommend?

  • @Tripod509 yes, what in particular are you looking for? There are many quality choices to choose from. At 18 we recommend a good recovery supplement, EFAs, protein powder, probiotics and if you so choose creatine and beta alanine. If you want more help feel free to PM us,

  • How long would the 5kg bag last if you had 2 scoops every day

  • @chris12345678910111 @ 2scoops per day it would last about 77 days (varies a bit by flavor).

  • @BestPriceNutrition so 2, 5kg bags would last around 4 months and a half thats aint very long aye

  • @chris12345678910111 actually two 5kg bags at 2 scoops per day would last a little longer than 5 months.

  • Comment removed

  • Hey guys I'm getting ready to buy a protein powder. This will be my first time choosing one. I am 19 years old weighing about 140-150 at 5"11. Which Optimum Nutrition Protein would you recommend for me?

  • @Kobenator what is your goal, gain weight, get lean, etc...?

  • Hi guys, just one question, i was wondering, should i take isolate protein or whey protein if im not a very skinny person.

  • @mrbigtian well the calories in them should be similar, whey isolate will have less fat and carbs but the difference is not too much, rather difference is in protein quality. Really just need to eat less than you burn and adding a protein powder to your regimen will help you build muscle which in turn will increase the amount of fat you burn even at rest as muscle cells have a lot of mitochondria. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition thanks!

  • Your videos are very helpful.. do you guys have degrees in nutrition or something?

  • Guys I like your reviews a lot. Do you have any information on Bio-Synergy NO2 Supplement? Hope you can help!

  • @1wunPlanet we are not familiar with it, however Nitric Oxide products should be examined closely as to date there is a lack of evidence demonstrating any ingredients currently available to significantly increase it.

  • @hyptbh LMFAO!!!
