  • bravo

  • How come you listen music... with eyes ???!!! (at least with THE LITTLE PRINCE 'special' heart's eyes... I hope)

  • 技術的には申し分ありません。ただ優等生的過ぎて面白みが薄い。

  • @HIDEKI2574 Oh,I don't know 日本語...ˊˋ

Do you mean his skill is nothing ?你的意思是說他的技巧沒甚麼?

  • great technique but no expression....sometimes one is too involved in not messing up

  • I love how if the musician isn't make some sort of face while he's playing everyone jumps saying he doesn't have emotion.....

  • @Whitout1 what idiots they are, its impossible to play music without emotion -_- music IS emotion...

  • @thalanoth You'll be suprised how many musicians disagree. =| One of my previous teachers said music has nothing to do with emotion, it's only about the harmonies and technique. Yeah. Pretty bad huh.

  • I saw the comments about the mechanical playing, and I scrolled down and let the video play. I didnt watch him... I didnt even know it was a he.. But i heard carefully what he was playing! I was amazed by this wonderful performance, and then I just noticed he is not pretending.

Thats how he shows his feelings. Through the strings of his violin!

Just to make you understand how appearance affects our judgement =.=

  • its a robot playing the campanella

  • @lordvampyr555 you should get your eyes checked out, i don't think that's a robot.

  • @lordvampyr555 I think that you say He's a robot 'cause he's too good to be human ^^

  • ah..

    he's goooodd xD

  • great playing, but i do wish he could show his emotions more. it is not such a moving piece as csardas, but you will feel compelled to show emotion. he is standing rigid and moving a bit. otherwise, fabulous!

  • @blubfudgeserg I really hate when you guys do that.. how is he not showing emotion? just because he doesnt move like them nutty violinists Joshue Bell, who act like they have ants in their pants. YOUR suppose to show emotion throught the violin not physical apperance. The greats did not wiggle around like some goof. learn how to play the violin and see what people say if you moved around like Joshua Bell,

  • @ericgable Thanks for that! I've been telling people forever that just because we don't have spaz out on stage doesn't mean we can't play with emotion or that we don't enjoy the piece. I don't move when I play because it's a needless distraction. And it's true that the greats didn't move around much. Chopin himself was said to be very very still when he played, moving only his arms.

  • i like his bowing ))) +10

  • all thumbs up

  • BRAVO

  • very nice

  • this is a bad version...he plays like a pagan dance..and this song must b played just like an elegant dance

  • is there a complete version?

  • @zs1230 no the complete version is 9 min aprox. and is the III movement of the concerto n.º2 of paganini

my english isn't is correct :S

  • Good job!!

  • Eh oui, J'entends cette musique à chaque début et fin d'heure de la journée. Mon lycée a choisi cette musique comme sonnerie :)

  • VDM

  • sound, is the only problem of his playing in this music. To hard, and too little beauty and sweetness. Very good playing, but I wouldn't call him a fantastic musician but a very good violinist!!!

  • There's plenty of emotion in his playing, just not in his face.

  • @takemitsu true, true.

  • too technical no feeling there are better versions

  • this song doesnt have a spirit ;) paganini meant to make it a "scherzo" ;)

  • that was very mechanical. not a lot of musicality

  • to fast at the beginning ,should wait a little bit more for the notes, u'v learned the moves but not the spirit o the song, shoukd try harder :)

  • That's what I call mechanical!

  • @SalvatorQuaro Said the man who lacks the technique to execute this piece.

  • @violatione not exactly. it could be a woman! and also, if you are a critic, it does not necessarily mean you have the technique to execute the piece or subject. he is standing rigid, though.

  • @blubfudgeserg It could be, but it is more than likely a man. Women tend to veer away from this kind of music. A real critic is one who has, or has had the ability to produce the product which is being critiqued.

  • @violatione yeah, that's true. men are more open to different kinds of music, while women prefer beautiful, easy to understand kind of music.

true, but there are very little real critics in the world, mostly critics that are opposite to your point.

  • @SalvatorQuaro yea, you're right...

  • Whoa, awesome!

  • how do u play the harmonics in first position????

and do u only play ythe harmonic and the note or just the harmonic????

  • to play that kind of harmonic, which is called a fake harmonic you place the first finer firmly (on the same string of the harmonic), and as if playing a real harmonic, place your pinky ever so gently and vua la!

  • harmonic the 4th + hold the1st

  • wa Er o 3Q

  • Trés joli.

  • Quite good player, but he is not in time. I am not dispute about the virtuosism. To be in time was one of the Paganini's worry. You can not play quickly when the piece is "easy" for you, and then play slowly when

it becomes "difficult". You must keep the right time during all over the partitura.

  • good point.

  • Beautiful!! Like a Paganini

  • Bravo Frederic, magnifique!

  • you're such a fucking retard. Sort it out.

  • @DualThunder such use of colorful language!

  • YOU such, idiot!! (ik3333)

If you don't have balls to do something, being intimidated by the best ones, let the others who's got courage to strive on it.

You're nothing but a coward, dude!!

  • @ik3333 srsly?

  • terrible. after Leonid Kogan, i cannot hear that piece in any performance.

  • Man I love violins but they hurt my ears so much.

  • TysonMS, I recommend visiting an ear doctor.

  • I go quite often...my ears are fine they just are sensitive to high pitches.

  • Haha, I was just kidding, man. :P Maybe it's because I'm a violinist, but while this doesn't hurt my ears, the high bell sounds in Liszt's piano arrangement make me wince (watch?v=dqvWBbKMh9g).

  • Oh yes, I've seen that exact video before. The highest of notes on the piano don't seem to make me wince. Well sometimes but not as often.

  • :) ..but you like violins,thats important

  • Who is this guy? He is briliant!!!

  • Very Good!!! tres Jolies , Muy Bueno, Molto Bravo!!!
