Ok all of this looks like some people are from different sectors. Some sectors will call CSM's and above "Sir" even if there a cadet (like my sector) and others don't.

So now everyone can stop going on about it lol.

And this is only milkshake so there not going to make them do a proper assault course because it is a children's show and they're probably not even insured so they made them do a bouncy castle.

I'm a 3 star full corporal so I think I know what I'm talking about lol.

Yeah, over here in the UK, we're all meant to follow the same rules. You can see that obviously some of us have it slightly backwards.

Over here, Warrant Officers are called "sir" but not saluted. Only 2nd Lieutenants and above get a salute. (This referring to the Army.)

That first statement though isn't true for the Cadets. No cadet can be called "sir", so Cadet Warrant Officers are either referred to as (forgive my phonetic spelling) "Sar'nt Major/ CSM" or "RSM".
