As a member of a Beatles Tribute band where I play and sing the part of John, I'll say this.. His voice is great.. Sean can sing.. However, he can't "play" the song and is being carried by his band mates.. That song has a lot of intricate, but simple chords when played.. Look at Sean's fingers - they're barely moving.. In the movie "Help", John went out of his way to show the chords to that song.. Watch how his fingers are all over the lower fingerboard.. If he could play, he'd be a good act..
