Your not going to...anything after 60FPS and you will be hard pressed to notice any difference. Speaking of the fact that your eyes usually dont notice regular 24FPS television programs...anything over 30 is smooth and it gets less distinguishable until around the 50-60 mark...

1) there is no other players, most of fps drop come when are players because of hight details on player avatars

IDK, but if you open up your console in CoD4 (by pressing the key under escape) type "fps" without the quotes and you will see a command/commands, try them then play the game and your fps is up the top right!

I don't think that's always the case. Depending on what computer you have, and if you're playing cod4, the fps can be going up and down, and dropping below 60FPS, while on console its locked. There is no slowdown ever. Its the upside to having a console, not having to upgrade, and not worrying about lag. If there is a random occasion of lag, its on the developer's behalf.

Hello !its not fair compare PC vs Console they are different machines the High end PC its much much more powerful than any console but more expensive, im a PC gamer but i still have a PS3 i like it but the games on my PC look much better and faster even my sony 40inch 1080p set cant match the clarity of PC-Monitor can produce also the consoles for example run Call Of Duty 4 at 60FPS in action sequences goes down to 30 or less my PC runs this game with better graphics all maxed at over 200FPS.

are you on crack? ps3/xbox360 has about 1/6 of the total computing and gaming power of most decent gaming pc's including this one, for example one 8800 ultra has around 104 gb/s of memory bandwidth, while the ps3/xbox360 gpu's can only push about 24 gb/s.

I am a pc builder and i must say this design is quite amazing. its the only oem that i have ever seen to allow so much upgrading and use such a high grade motherboard. i prefer hp over dell mainly due to the motherboard being made by asus and not dell. this computer is literally a custom pc. 5 stars HP!

actually, high fps is known to create a clearer moving image that appears to look "slower" your eyes can see the difference. In a sense, it feels like time slows down giving the brain more information faster.

Actually, the eye doesn't have a limit. There are no frames per second that your eyes capture images. If you were to place a number on how fast the eye is, it would be in the thousands of frames per second. The only reason that games look no different on your PC running at 200fps vs 60fps, is because of the 60Hz refresh rate of the monitor. 60Hz is the speed at which most monitors can refresh per second, 60 times, the eye can see far beyond this. This whole thing is just a misconception.

A film generally runs at 24 fps (ever heard of 24p function on TV's) and the human eye can tell a big difference between 60 fps and say 150. What people confuse with that statement is that the human eye can't detect "lag" at ca. 25 fps or above. What you get instead is unintentional motion blur which is how it works in the real world and as a result you get a crisper more realistic picture. V-Sync only caps at 60 fps for 60hz monitors. For 100hz its 100 fps and for 120/240 hz its 120/240 fps.

Different people feel different frame rates. When my friend had a crap computer, he couldn't tell the difference between 30 frames per second and 60! Yet I could tell the difference between 60 and 80. Fighter pilots can apparently tell up to 125!
