God... if the sniper w2as an unneeded class in tf2, then why is he still there? Because he is needed. Whether you like it or not, he takes care of a lot of people you never had to. He picks off those pesky guys that could either pick you off, or tear the shit out of you. He can turn 5 enemies into 2... much easier for you. The sniper is a much needed part of any team for almost every map and strategy... It doesn't matter if you like the class, but respect it mate. ^^
