Then, after a llllloooooonnnngggg time, when Pan was already a grandma, he came back and looked over his little great great grandson and Pan at the same time. He came back. When Goku fused with the dragon balls, he "became" Shenron, meaning that he can do anything he could possibly want in this universe.

The reason the Dragon Balls weren't gathered up after such a long time was because nobody wanted to look for them because they all knew that they were all gone. Goku made it so Goku Jr. could find the Dragon Ball in an easy way. And of course they were permanently fused with Goku. When Goku killed all the evil dragons, all the Dragon Balls went into his body. All 7 of them, meaning he became each and every one of the balls. XP

He's immortal still has the same strength from GT he's not omnipotent though., where's the episode where Goku wishes every villian out of existence? Never happened. The Living Tribunal or TOAA who are omnipotents can wish both of them out of existence. He would defeat Goku before the match started And if King Piccolo killed Shenron (Not omnipotent) who was eternal, Super Sonic could easily chaos control all the dragonballs, Shenron or Goku to the sun.
