@equandodominatio Try Kyokushin or check out Master Tadashi Yamashita there are alot of strong Karate styles also there are alot of strong Traditional Martial Arts you just need to seek them

You cant claim to be an expert on the matter by saying "I've done martial arts and stuff".
You want details, I have studied Praying Mantis Kung Fu, I currently hold a black sash instructor level. As for my level in Kenpo Karate I hold a first degree black belt (shodan). I did not claim to be an expert and if you have honor as a martial artist then please refrain form cursing at me. Thank you

i'm very pleased that America has finally got her own brand of martial arts (not counting JKD). we no longer have to have imports for ma.
this seems to be a bit meaner and nastier than the others i've seen. correct me if i'm wrong. i've never seen karate work on the back like that.
