  • Midwest thunder storms are THE BEST!

  • did you ever realise that you were using the paddles the wrong way?

  • Why did you not flip the canoes over and put all the stuff under them?

  • I see you all under a picnic table, then I see all the trees that were near by. Then I think, "Why didn't they put the picnic table under a tree for double the protection?"

  • I love these.

  • Been following your since scootstars. Great to see you still following the dream. Kudos man, good luck.

    Dan Dunn

  • Ho hard is it going for so long eating literally nothing healthy and wholesome?

  • Was your cameraman under the table too? I hope he was

  • I come on here everyday to see if you have uploaded a new video! (: I love your channel! It`s my favorite channel on here actually!

  • Where's the visual map showing where you go like you had for latin america?

  • I miss summertime.

  • I want to do this so bad!

  • Yo pdrop I am treedrifters excited everytime I see a video from In-transit tv

  • i know alot of people have suggested this, but i'd really want to see an inTransit world edition, where you travel to one city of every country(the more known ones anyway) and take the least amount of planes as possible(across oceans are fine, of course) i just think it might get alot of views.

  • Love this trip, I'm from Minnesota and have been in several of the towns so far that you've shown, I'm in South Florida now, sure do miss the beauty of Minnesota, what did you think of the people you met? Minnesota nice?

  • Actually I kind of like the size of the videos as they are. The attention span of most people won't sit through something that's the size of a tv show without commerical breaks. Even though there is that pause button. It's like waiting for my favorite cartoon to air next week or something. Gives one something to look forward to. Oh, and those nice arms you built up from all that paddling. ;)

  • Peter! When you are done with each indivual episode! Make it a big movie!!!! :D

  • Great vid fellas, keep it up

    your boy, Will

  • You're goin thru god's land, dontchaknow...

  • @pdrop I love your videos but they are a bit short in my opinion. Would you mind just adding more footage so that we can see more of what the trip is like. The way it is now is simply so good and fun that i want to see more of it :D

  • Your cameraman did a good job, it's not easy shooting video with a DSLR like the 60D, much more difficult than with a camcorder.

  • @canon21100 yea, it's tough to shoot on those. Especially to maintain balance. I must say, the man has some impeccable balance.

  • @pdrop was there a $ fee for the Pokegama Dam Portage Assistance?

  • @tramplamps no fee, it was free of charge. There way of making up for building the dam in the first place.

  • I love watching your videos.... I hope to do this one day :]

One question, how do you afford it? Did you save up for a year or two and did you request like a couple months off work or what? Im trying to figure out how i can get to this point one day ( i realize that was more than one question, LOL)!?

  • I love watching your videos, they are so inspiring!

  • Great adventure! Please make the video longer!!! :)

  • watching your videos inspires me greatly Pete!!! always in transit!

  • Did I see Yakisoba in your supplies - yes, I think I did. Great video!

  • Awesomeness!

  • In the Preview picture you look like your pluckin' a banjo!

    great episode~

  • @MusicForYourFunk rockin the paddlebanjo!

  • Great video! Really enjoying watching your adventure!

  • I look forward to these episodes every week! So excited to watch this one...

  • This is great. It looks like you're gaining quite a bit of followers! I'm happy for you. Keep on doing your thing and making great videos like this. Always entertaining.

  • Beautiful scenery! What an adventure!

  • You guys are hardcore! Hinding under a table during a thunderstorm? niceeee

  • I know Youtube is all about ~3minute video's but you should really make them longer ;D

  • this trip is really inspiring me to get out and go paddle, its been a while since i was last on the water in anything!

  • hey Pete, as with all your videos I "liked" before it was done loading and as always you never disappoint. You need to be growing an EPIC beard like that other dude.

  • Peter never disappoints! awesome video man!

  • its too cold to be outside

  • Awesome vid I did not think this would be as good as it actually was

  • Those storms seemed pretty brutal I would've been terrified.

  • iv planned this trip 4 times and every time every1 backs out on me. its cool u filmed it but even funnier all the tips and tricks i literally scream at the screen while watching this. u should flip the canoes every night so animals cant get in and suprise u in the morning. the storm. u should have flipped the canoes and put them over the pick-nick bench and put a tarp over the canoes.

  • @IsTheGoodEnough good advice. hope you get the opportunity to do the trip.

  • @pdrop Would it be possible for you to compile all these episodes into one episode one day?

  • these are great.

  • 0 people are stupid

  • I Love the videos man. What camera did you use aside from the GoPro cameras mounted to the canoes?

  • @curtissboggs A canon 60D

  • Great series man! I've been a fan for a while!

  • How has no one commented on his brother looking like Zach Galifinakis

  • I love these videos.

  • That was great, keep 'em coming.

  • Fuck that storm looked scary. I'm much happier watching you guys go on this adventure rather than go on this adventure myself haha

  • You guys didn't make that storm seem very serious. I suppose it mightn't have seemed like it to you, but I remember following your journey this summer and worrying about your safety that day.

  • @DunkRyan Those were pretty intense storms that day. I wish we had an waterproof housing for the nice camera, I think it would've double the intensity factor.

  • Whenever I watched your videos I always eat 3 and 1/2 slices of american cheese

  • Solid webisode!

  • make your vlogs longer like episode 3.

  • yay! :)

  • I know that feeling... Scary stuff

  • longer videos

  • i want to see it on a tv channel one day. fun to watch

  • Discovery should give you a slot on their channel. Just brilliant

  • I like your vids, but as a Canadian i cringe when you constantly say portidge. PORHTAHJE

  • You should make a guide for others to do this, i'd love to do something like this , really enjoying these videos keep them up !!

  • @steelalx we're in discussion about putting something together.

  • longer videos

  • In Transit always makes the day better.

  • Good- lol- not food

  • I love how you are all so positive even when troubles come your way. Its nice to see people who laugh at the food and the bad. Love your videos.

  • This is my new favorite thing to watch on YouTube! And I watch a ton of shows on here , so that is a huge compliment ! Keep it up guys

  • @freakmessiah i agree!!! 100%

  • Awesome

  • YOU AREN'T PUTTING LINKS ON YOUR SUBSCRIBE AND PAST VIDEO "LINKS" AT THE END OF YOUR VIDEOS.

  • @YungMeatball fixed, it uploaded when I was off the computer.

  • @pdrop I just wanted to make sure you were getting views on your older videos as well. Love your stuff man, keep it up!

  • Ahh, always interesting when things go awry. 0o Was that hail I saw during one of those storms? XD and Im fascinated by how much you've had to portage on this trip, guess I just never thought of all the obstacles that would be on a river XD

  • @bookworm0492 some of the best moments are when things get hairy, at least in hindsight that is. Yes we experienced a bit of hail near the end.

  • im loving this series :)

  • Great storytelling, writing, filming and editing. I enjoyed this very much!

  • I'm in love with your life..

  • great!

  • loved it! keep em coming!

  • I enjoy watching this so much, i can't even explain it. I want more!

  • I love your channel, inspiring and awesome! It would be awesome if they were 15-20 minutes long!

  • This is REALLY nice camera quality. What camera did you use?

  • @moviedude1500 we used the a Canon 60 with an 18-135mm IS lens.

  • Great video! :) You guys are awesome!

  • How many of these episodes are there going to be?

  • @FreddoX1 Not entirely sure....there's a lot of footage, I'd say comfortably at least 15.

  • i love this series

  • really great camera work! is this a professional guy you found or just a friend?

  • @kymendy He is a professional, but also a friend.

  • great vid like always

  • Does anyone not like adventure?!? =D

  • great vid! how come you guys don't flip your canoes when it rains? would'nt that have been easier than scooping the water out?

  • @thatirishkid333 With all the s**t in the canoes it's probably quicker to scoop the water out.

  • @thatirishkid333 because that's more work than just bilging out the water. On top of the canoes weighing 80 lbs, we have gear, water containers, portage carts, food, and other loose items that would either get blown away or sent downstream if we unloaded every time we hit rain.

  • @pdrop I think he meant turning the canoes side ways after it rains instead of scooping out all the water manually. But besides that, all your videos are awesome!

  • man this must be cool

  • @EroticbananaFilms It had it's moments, cool and bad.

  • Man! Your videos are outstanding!

  • yayyy

  • I love these. Keep up the vids!

  • @SaidinRage Thank you!
