The blood on the cabins might not be blood but actually wood that has been exposed to the elements. The broken down trees could have been cut down to produce wood, since the ponopticon looks like an abandoned saw mill or something like that, and the chainsaw can be left there by accident, but that's just my opinion.

first of all the body bags are from the serial killer in the desert and he kills people with either a pistol, shotgun or rifle the serial killer in here uses a chainsaw and only stays in the countryside in the south not north

well the trees were obiously not cut by a chainsaw the cuts were jagged and some tree stumps were too tall for it to have been cut by a human The blood in the cabin could of been caused by anything, and there was only a small amount of blood in the cabin too small of an amount for it to have been caused by a chainsaw + if someone was killed there, they arent there now and when someone is dragged out of a cabin it would of at least made a trail of blood

i went there and found the same things you found but i went at night...i could still see good enough 2 take pictures of the blood stained floor and of the trees and of course the chainsaw...but something strange happened there...it got really foggy i took some pictures of it and while doing so i saw a figure but as i went to take the picture it vanished...also the car i was driving was there when i got there O_O'...then after the figure disappeared it started raining...i got pictures of it 2
