It's got a beautiful body. How did u make the framework (trunk, limbs)? Did u custom-ordered it, or used a kit, or made by yourself?

Lasercutter from sheets of plastic. It's custom designed, but this process allows quick and cheap turnaround. We use the university's machine shop, but there are companies that will do this for you over the internet :)
