That would be like saying any male cartoon character must be actually female because they are voiced by a female VA. It doesn't make sense. Remember NiGHTS and Reala don't have genders regardless of the person voicing them. They are considered gender neutral because the dreamer viewing them can be either male or female.

The game was a good idea but I just wish they got a better voice actor for Nights. They probably tried to mix the voices but using a 'british woman' was a bad idea. It comes out on top and annoys the spit out of you.
