Over the past 10 years driving a Taxi Cab I have met 1,000's of people from all around the country that love visiting Cleveland! People from Boston, New York, and Chicago love the cost of living here. They say it's much cheaper to attend a sporting event or a concert. Everybody can't believe how clean and safe Downtown is. Everybody loves checking out the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! Visitors often say, I can't believe how friendly the people are in Cleveland!

The video was Hastily Made in one weekend, so we only filmed the kids in one location. Then through the magic of editing we tried to show a variety of things to do in the city. There were a few things from the east side, true not the far east side. Of course if we had more time and the video could be longer than 2 minutes, we'd have loved to explore further (we're relatively new to the area ourselves). We'd have liked to capture all the different cultural fests to represent the People.

Actually, it is this good... the metroparks are great! If people would live in Cleveland for a little while before judging it, it wouldn't have such a bad rep.

Any city has some bad qualities if you look for them.

You forgot the mutated fish, the fact that Cleveland sports haven't won a championship in over 40 years (and counting thanks to LeBron), all the road kill animals, the fact that the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame are a bunch of sell outs, and all of the gang violence. Sorry, I'm just being a pessimest. I know that this goes against everything that this project stood for. It was a good production though. I didn't have audio when I played it because I was in a library.

That is exactly the point of Positively Cleveland and this competition. Some of us are tired of Cleveland being looked at so negatively. We do live in Cleveland and don't wish to focus on those things that are blown out of proportion. We're not being cheerful and corny and fake, we really do love all the things there are to do in the city, brother.
