  • POTATO!

  • I think the henna tattoo is the traditional Morocco

  • Dude, this design is so kickass... :)

  • I remember getting these things when i was a child. I loved it.

  • wow

  • india love these things

  • you are GOOD !

  • why do they call this tattoo? it should be henna art, there is no tattooing here.

  • I'm 14 and I just got a henna tattoo on the front side of my right wrist that says hope in Japanese characters. :) It looks really cool and it'll last about 3 weeks. I like it cause I don't want a permanent tattoo, and am too young to have one anyway.Soon I want to start doing my own.

  • @jemXero I did exactly the same thing a week ago :D

  • Thanks for watching this video! Please also check out my channel for new (MUCH BETTER!) videos :)

And you can get the supplies to do this yourself from Artistic Adornment.

And yes the ads are annoying........thank Expert Village for those! :P

  • Henna tattoos are so awesome! It is perfect for people who love the art of tattoos, but don't want anything permanent. It's a step up from rub-on tattoos, and in lots of ways, better than permanent tattoos.

Thanks for this video. Beautiful art.

  • Where do they sell it? Other than indian stores.

  • is this permanant?

  • @Afterlyfetuning No. It stays for 1 or 2 weeks :)

  • You can get henna from Artistic Adornment. That's the henna supply store I opened loooong after this video was recorded :)

  • umm....this stuff can come off right?

  • @mizztrina2294 yeah in like two weeks or so

  • @mizztrina2294 well obviously... henna is a LEAF so it comes off over time :)

  • very nice

  • control and W skips ads :) hope that will work :)

  • How much would dat cost?

  • @kiwwiixD u shud do it @ home... it's ALOT of monkey to get it done

  • @xxmusiclover1000xx a lot of monkey?

  • beautiful work. can you tell me typically where i can buy the products needed to do this?

  • @66mvb at your local micheals store

  • isz it perminant

  • @pspdude9876 no it only lasts for a few days

  • Is this the same henna for hair ?

  • @andypassaro yes all henna is the same

  • you'd be really good at cake decorating..

  • I use Henna to show off my desi side :)

  • What is she using to draw on the designs?

  • F5 doesnt work anymore :c

  • F5 on that commercial lmao!

  • Nice Text :)

    ONLY TEXT :l

  • im not indian or whatever. but i love hena its so beautiful.

  • is that black henna with PPD?

  • @Juru018 no natural henna papste is a dark brown and when it dries it turns black but the paste isn`t black and won`t stain black, you`d see the difference because so called black henna is ink black and can`t realy be confused with black henna

  • i really like your work...do you buy your henna cones...if so where do you get them from?

  • do they come off?????????

  • @AsianLupry

They fade away with time, last for about 3 weeks depending on the quality of henna used.

  • <3 yu

  • Thanks for the video, I like that you take your time and show each step

  • Some ppl are saying, and I seen in some videos that some squeeze from the bottom of the cone and they said that the lines come out cleaner and u can do it quicker? What do some of you henna artists think about this? Do you do it?

  • @oOXenaOo The lines will be cleaner and you can do it faster, but you'll lose some of the control... so the finest details won't be as perfect.

  • ........yup, that'd be me, btw. Check out my channel for new (WAY BETTER) henna videos!!

  • The best place to get henna supplies is from Artistic Adornment! The artist in this video owns it :)

  • will it be cool on me

  • Ahh it's gonna take me ages to be this good! Ah well better start practising :)

  • where can i get a hena tube so i caan do it? plz tell me im despret

  • @babyphat3997 - You can make your own cones, or buy some from amazon. I buy plastic bottles with changeable metal tips from Joanne's Fabrics.

  • @babyphat3997 u can find it in any indian store near u or google it and maybe buy it online

  • that is so beautiful!! you are so talented!! i wanna try henna for the first time tomorrow.^^

  • how long does it take for the orangey henna to come off not the black/brown stuff but i mean when its done?

  • hey wer do i get that glitter

  • no their temporary tats. its like a paste but thinner.

  • how long does henna stay on???

  • I've never seen an stoned obese vampire before.

  • i always doodle in class and one day, on my hand with my really inky pen ns everyone thought it was a Mehndi tattoo

  • These adds at the bottom of the video are fucking gay. They just pop up 10 seconds into a video and sometimes ruin the effect of the entire video.

And to think that people are paying to have their adds put there. How many people honestly look at an ad that pops up when they're trying to do something else?

    FUCK OFF

  • @BassistsDoItBetterr I did however watch the ad with the mouth and teeth midgets having pegs throw at them

  • lame

  • so pretty i got one on my lower back at the jersery shore in 2008

  • nice

  • I love watching it..idk why, I hope to get this done next week

  • this puts me too sleeeeeep...zzzzzzzzz

  • @frankybase9 hahaa i know! it's soothing to me in a way

  • is the henna tattos looks like a real tatto? can you realy notice?

  • I use henna ALL the time and I have to admit I am covered. I have it on my back, arms, legs, chest, etc. I ♥ that stuff!

  • @MoonBabe19

how long do they usually last? and do they hurt? lol

  • @PrzPride922 last like 3 weeks n now u do not feel anything it feels like u got dirt on u (because the black stuff from the henna drys off)

  • @PrzPride922 about a month. and if you have an allergic reaction you'll just become itchy, so just make sure you aren't allergic : )

  • hey how can v make those henna glitters?

  • @MoonBabe19 does it come off? does it hurt? is it dangerous???

  • @ViolinPro88 it comes off no it doesnt hurt and it shouldnt be dangerous even little kids get them.

  • @ViolinPro88 it never comes of it hurts a lot and its very dangerous it causes cancer and aids.

  • @MoonBabe19 is it painful will it ever come off how old r u anyway

  • @Rinarose1912 of course it isn't painful. it's just like drawing on your hand with paint!

if you do ever get a henna, remember to stay away from black ink. it's toxic and very dangerous.

  • smon thats not how to do proper 1s im a muslim and i no english ppl dont no the tradition

  • what if i want it black?

  • @oOb2KnErOo

henna comes in black and red

  • hmmm.........

  • How long do these last?

  • they last anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks depending on the type of henna it is.

  • mine lasted bout 9 days...:D but it really depends

  • I just got a henna and it came out really pretty the only problem I had was the smell it made me nauses!

  • I want a tiger on the palm on the palm of my hand (but I don't want a permanent one). Does that count as a henna tattoo??? And where can I find someone who does henna tattoos? I'm kinda lost here, lol.

  • Yea I've seen pple do henna's on their palm! It probably wont last as long as the one u do on the opposite side of ur hand bcuz u would be washing ur hands alot!

  • Is the ink some kind of ink that raises off of the skin? I was looking at some pics of henna tattoos, and for some reason some of them didn't look like "ink", but more like something from a hot glue gun lol.

And where would I go to get a henna tattoo? I was about to call a tattoo shop and ask them if they do temp tattoos. But I didn't wanna end up feeling foolish, lol.

  • Wait hold up! Now that I really look at this video, this does look raised up off the skin!

  • Yea it is raised off the skin the ink dries and kind of feels like hard mud. you wipe it off and the design will be on ur hand in like a dark brown color. I went to the mall where they do eyebrow's and they had it there. Where do u live google some places and see. Idk if tattoo shops do henna's but you could ask!

  • Nahhh, I don't want that shit. lol. By all this time, you'd think SOMEONE would've came up with a better way to do temp tattoos. Maybe I should be the one to try and figure it out, lol.

  • google. hahah

  • if you come to philippines i could do it.. no charge.. im practically doing free henna on my place... :D

  • I wanna get a henna tattoo all over my neck cheat and arms.

  • are these perminant

  • nope

  • I'm excited about trying this--maybe like with a ring or bracelet look

  • very very beautiful

  • i got one today which was free and the woman who did it was very quick only took bout 5 mins and its very detailed

  • beautiful

  • Artsy very very artsy

  • Subahana Allah! Even this henna design has the images of Shaytan (Satan)- authu bi Allah mi ashaytan al regime! These luciferias are everywhere. I liked the vines, etc. but couldn't get my eyes off the center image, within the lotus. Then when the video was ending there is a glimpse of the eye of horus (devil symbol of the sun god, i.e. Illuminati devil worshiping symbols).

  • so nice

  • i want 1

    lol

  • no offense but i have never seen an indian bride with mehndi like that. it is so much more detailed and fancy. i am actually indian myself and have watched bridal henna being done a million times.

  • I've seen Indian mehndi as well and some artists are very good, others are not that good. There are some Western artists I know who can do beautiful things that some Indian artists can't do. She's doing a tutorial on a basic motif and she's not demostrating full bridal. There is a big difference

  • i can never get this think right i have shaky hands

  • a girl did this once at multi cultural week... i freaked out cause it wouldnt come off XD

How much should i buy for a small design on the back of my hand that i will keep adding when the old one fades?

  • like if its like one design thats not so detailed should be around $5 or $10

  • its not a marker it's like a tube filled with henna it grows from a plant .. i would know cause that what they do in my culture... and by the way .. heather, did a really nice job with the henna! i wish i could learn from you :) keep up the work! ur awesome! :)

  • Its neither a needle or a marker... Its Paste being squeezed out of a tube...

  • thats marker not a needle relax

  • That's an opinion.

Glad you think so, but I disagree.

  • LOL!! dude, what hole are you living in?

  • LOL!! dude, what hole are you living in?

  • but i don't understand...is this a fake tatoo, that will desapear after a few weeks?? and if they are where can I buy the color?

  • no. henna paste is made from the powder a the henna plant. it contains a natural dye called lawsone. it is not a fake tattoo, so you can't buy the colour. although it does disappear in a few days to a few weeks (Depends on where henna was applied. Palms and soles of feet last longest) If you go onto google, you can find many places to buy henna from. Some examples are Henna Caravan and Henna Muse. And please, please, do not buy anything labeled as 'Black henna'. Henna is always a red to brown.

  • It disappears in a few weeks. I know They do this in my culture

  • you guys need to talk louder i have full volume and can barely hear you but that is so awesome

  • I'd love to see your application, but your camera angle, on many occassions only sees your hand, not what you are applying. Also, you need to project your voice more, it sounds like you are mumbling in many ocassions.

All in all, I really like what you've done.

  • I know...the production on these is quite awful... Expert Village tells its producers to make sure everything has a "homemade" sort of feel... I think they went a bit overboard.

I'd *love* to record a really nice series at some point...

  • I wanna be an expert henna designer!

  • ok does anyone know why Tina Sugandh's henna is all colorful in her video "Break Me"? I want that type of henna..is it called somthing different?

  • when the design is colored it usually has dye in it or its just color that wont last like the real henna does. the color is really bad for your skin. the best henna to have is the most natural that you can get.

  • why is ashly kingsworth taking her anger out on me because i didn't post it? WHY!?!?!?

  • hehe

  • gosh this is so beautiful, I love body art

  • I love henna, its sooo beautiful

  • mmmm... her voice is very relaxing =)

  • this is amazing where would you go to get this done?

  • you can make ur own tattoos using a mixture of ingredients. u can google henna mixtures for tattoos. i personally am gonna try to do a tribal tattoo on my chest and see how it turns out. (make sure you do some solid research about it cuz there are some extra chemicals that you can put in that make the tattoo extremely dark but ultimately toxic )

  • is it really worth arguing over? its a beautiful art and we all obviously respect it as such or we wouldn't be here. Just enjoy it. No need for arguing.

  • actually u do look like a gypsy and i do kno english

  • To show them off to the world as Indian designs, as they were meant to be.

    Stop trolling.

  • Henna was around for thousands of years before Islam. No group can rightfully claim ownership to the art, sorry. Even the Egyptians had it before the Indians.

  • uumm..y dont u bring forth ur proof of him saying this will make us different frm jew...& i dont think wat uve said on ur page is very islamic like music & dancing..maybe u should use some hikmah next time u advise any1 espeacially non-muslims.

  • um if u were a muslimm u would know, y dont u shut the hell up and mind your own business. You would also know that music and dancing isn't haram

  • wow thnx for making takfeer of me..thas nice of u, music & dancing isnt haram??...wow subhanALLAH...this just shows ur ignorane, but plz hold on titely to ur toung & plzz use some hikmah.. salamu 3alaykum.

  • If you actually cared about your own religion, you wouldn't be using this kind of language, much less know how to type english leet so well.

Henna isn't just for Islamic followers, and this design is a very good Mendai Bridal Design and very accurate (other than it being mostly unfinished)

  • ???

why wount you like to be like jews????

it's the same damn shit, monotheistic religion in fact, christianity and Islam are what they are thanks to judaism.

  • y do all the people who do henna tats look like fucking gypsies? lmao damn gypos

  • I'm a henna artist and I'm Sweet/Gothic Lolita. I look nothing like a gypsy.

  • I'm a male, but I want something like that, is it possible for me to get one of those tattos?

  • yeah dude they are pretty sweet looking. its just a girl in the video. my friends always get them when they go to mexico

  • thats hot

  • hmm, yup I'm pretty sure I'm gonna mess up big time now. She made it look so easy, I have no henna skills.

  • wheres a place to buy a henna kit? online?

  • I don't agree. I like the fact that it fades and you can start new again.

No invasive procedure. no pain. no infections. all natural.

    It's great!

  • I visited your webiste several times and like the designs, is this your first video? Or do you have a channel of your own?

  • shes was interviewed to give howto's on expert village i think she doesn't have a youtube channel
