A neutron bomb is a fusion bomb which generates massive amounts of neutron radiation.

They aren't used anymore(china is suspected of still having some) as the area in which the neutron radiation proves lethal will be vaporized anyway and in wider areas it takes ppl 2 weeks to die.

Also, it WILL induce secondary radiation by the neutrons turning normal matter radioactive.

It was thought of as a way of dealing with bunkers but modern bunkers can deal with it.
