@Aiucinante EVE was amazingly open sandbox to the point you had no clue what system you started in, it took server years to get to your destination which always had to be atleast 7 jumps from where you currently are. This looks better, more fun and what the hell its free? i haven't played it yet it's downloading but i'm sure going to give it a go before i start complaining :P

uhm, the reaction at my first reaction... EVE can be played free by buying PLEXES in the game it self, and in eve you are much more free to move because you can warp to a planet or anything like that (don't forget mining)

I played 2 years and i can tell you that evry single menu is needed and handy, you just have to get confidence. Too many people give judgment over Eve without having really tried it. Eve is based on cooperation and competition with others. It's not a game where you go and fight and that's it. You have to get in a corporation and cooperate/compete against thousands of people to really get what Eve is

There was one on the top right of the screen, you can also access another one by right clicking and then there was another one in the bunch of menus to your left. I also hated how you had to navigate from galaxy to galaxy only to eventually find out thats not where you needed to go because all the names sound alike. I cant say its a bad game but its not a great game by any means, the critics agree.

I really need playable large ships in these space fighter games. Being a fast little pea shooter is fun for a while. But for me, it's size that matters: there doesn't even have to be big guns, just being an enormous freighter and moving slowly near everyone else is fun enough.
