This is a really relaxing video when I put it low enough that I can't make out what your saying. But being a spanish speaker myself you should practice your spanish a lil more because I found myself concentrating on all the mistakes you were making, not too relaxing lol. Hence the reason why I have to put it low enough to not understand. Not bashing you just constructed criticism.

You know, I think not understanding what is being said actually helps as you still have the relaxing sounds but without the distraction of processing what you are hearing into meaning. If that makes sense. Would explain why I even enjoyed listening to a guided meditation video once which was completely in chinese and so I couldn't understand any of the actual "guidance" :o)

@qqqqqwwww333 If you aint found out yet all you need to do is type "Youtube to mp3" into google. The first one should be video2mp3 just copy and paste the link of this video into it and it will download :) Well this is the way i do it. I dont know if there is a better way.

The spanish language flows and sounds so much better than English (which is a pretty ugly language to begin with), I don't even speak spanish and this video is much more relaxing than most videos in English.
