How in the hell did they even know how many people are there in the country of nigeria if they have so social security, no citizen ID for everyone in the country and I don't remember hearing or seeing any census count in the country, so can someone please......tell me how nigeria government knows the population of it's country without these two things otherwise, shout the fuck up!
