  • check out my cover of this song(:

  • amazing band and amazing song. . . .ALL of day of fires songs are awesome. . .

  • africa should sing this now as they are in a drought.

  • @rocker123cc Africa is in physical drought but so much of this world is facing spiritual drought. We all need His rain to fall on the cracked and dry surfaces of our hearts. Join me in praying for that.

  • I can't help but sing this song every time it rains. haha

  • @Mikraken23 If you live in the desert like I do, it's quite the opposite. We thirst for water and the water that falls from the skies, although the soak in, do not last. The earth eventually becomes barren and dry again. HIS water, once it sinks in, renews itself continually quenching our immediate and long term thirst. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!

  • @TheFisheman71 In fact, I do live in the desert (California Mojave). It's always awesome when rain comes. But they're very short-lived. It's so awesome though to see it storming for about 10-15 minutes and then see it suddenly stop. It's quite amusing... :P

  • @Mikraken23 Well, there you go! In worldwide web terms we are like next door neighbors! Rain is always welcomed in the desert and His rain is always welcomed in our hearts. Thanks again for watching.

  • Good job!! Love & blessings from Croatia-Europe

  • @ivanasimic1 Thanks for watching! I have another friend in Croatia that could really use some love and encouragement right now. Would you look me up on Facebook? The link to my profile is listed on my channel page. Please let me know if you have any difficulty finding me and I will be glad to help.

  • Being more or less agnostic, it's difficult to describe what I do as "prayer" however I do yearn for there to be a "higher power." Wishing, unfortunately, doesn't make it so. This song says what's in my heart, though, if not in my mind.

  • @Tubetopfan1 Just because you are agnostic doesn't mean that you deserve any less respect. Although I knew God in my head for most of my life, I didn't know HIM truly in my heart. It was upon that shift from head knowledge to heart experience that everything changed for me. If you are willing, I would like to network with you on Facebook. I will never judge you or attack your beliefs but I would love to share the real ways that God Himself has impacted my life. My channel page has my link.

  • @TheFisheman71

Please don't think me ungracious but I've heard plenty from many groups (Christians, Muslims, atheists). I'm waiting for God (if he does indeed exist) to tell me something I haven't already heard. My request goes to God. Not another person.

  • @Tubetopfan1 Then your request goes to the right place! However, it does help to have people who love and support you. I will be one of those friends to you, should that be your desire. Thanks for your response.

  • ditto to my bro under this comment

  • @gamegeek1000 I'm glad to see that this song is making it out to a wider audience. It deserves that. I think all of us, whether we believe in God or not can identify with being thirsty. When we have experienced HIM personally, we realize fully WHAT we thirst for. I am always open for conversation... not judgment or finger pointing, but love. Send me a friend request and you will find out that this is true. Thanks for all the comments... and share this video with your friends!

  • ....whoa....

I found this song from school earlier today in looking at similiar artists to some of my original favorites and I have to say, even though I am not religious, this song is absolutely freaking amazing.

  • @nera789 First off, thanks... secondly, I have to tell you I am not religious either. Religion failed me completely. However, relationship has given what religion promised but then fell short of. Thanks for watching. Maybe you will look me up on Facebook. I'd love to chat some more.

  • simply awesome

  • @SpencerReedBass I can SO identify with the words in this song. I know my own prayers for His rain in my heart. I know that when His storm clouds blow through they strengthen me. They bring peace into my heart knowing that He is God and the Lord of all storms as well as those days where the sun shines down on us. Thanks for your comment.

  • This is my kind of music! Jesus is Lord!

  • Love it!!! Great song and video! God bless you!

  • @26sherrybaby My son introduced me to this group and this album is the only one I took to. There are few very powerful songs on here. This one is definitely one I can relate to. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! mitch

  • this song almost brings me to tears...it's that beautiful.

  • Beautiful.(:

  • @Riversfirefly Thank you! Be sure to check out my other video releases as well!

  • Awesome job for an awesome song. What program do you use?

  • @kurious1993 My favorite program is the Cyberlink. To be honest, I am still learning all of the capabilities. It definitely helps me in putting together quality videos though.

  • Beautiful ... the timing on this is perfect for His Spirit awakes in me vision as I listen, with sweet shivers of yearning and stirring in the secret places. Lord bring Your rain again, indeed!! Hear the cry of Your parched and thirsting children who stumble at things they cannot even articulate or name let alone defend themselves against right now. Bring the rain, Master, bring it, as only You can, for only YOU can.

  • i see the binary stars of Edenic union rising from the darkness of the earth and the gross darkness covering the people, to be reclaimed by our true Master. i see the imperishable seed of Yeshua sown upon the marriage bed and watered with worship and submission and ecstasy. and i see the heavens give up their stubborn clouds and the pure waters of life pouring from the heavens upon the dry bones of His mighty army--covering them with fresh flesh--breathing new life into them--they now stand.

  • @MoriahConqueringWind Moriah, thank you, as always, for your words. This song has long had a deep meaning for me.

  • Thanks Mitch... a very stirring video... I'm going to share it with my FB friends.

  • @savedbyhisgrace1972 Awesome! I would like that very much! Thanks for watching and responding.
