so a modded rsx vs a NA s2000......gee i didnt see that coming lol. Rsx is a nice daily car. but the s2000 is the real deal sports car. Sure the k motor responds well to mods but your gonna have to build up the engine if your ever gonna boost to try and take down the big boys. The s2000 has forged internals. Hell most turbo or supercharger kits for the s2000 are plug and play. The only upgrades you need to do to run them are exhaust and brake upgrades. Cant say the same for the RSX.

I've never lost to a RSX-S before. The guy in the vid doesn't start the car @ 6k. Thats when the S2 comes a live. It takes a lot for a RSX to even come close to a stock S2. Kpro & more to even get close. My GF has a RSX-S & that thing is slow. BUT both cars are made for different reasons.

An AP1 rips a Type S on the highway. It was obvious that the guy in the S2k was not redlining to 9200 in each gear, or he wouldve won... he shifted like he had no nuts. I own the AP1, I know what it can do.

I've never lost to a RSX-S before. The guy in the vid doesn't start the car @ 6k. Thats when the S2 comes a live. It takes a lot for a RSX to even come close to a stock S2. Kpro & more to even get close. My GF has a RSX-S & that thing is slow. BUT both cars are made for different reasons.

Just like a modded crx (which could beat both) will not be a better car than either of them. You can play the modding game all you like but if you look at the bigger picture, if you want a crazy fast cheap car you can buy a crx and destroy both cars with half the money you could buy a base rsx. When you play the modding game any car can be made fast.

i'm puttin out 478whp, 440lb-ft at 26psi... good luck, i've never been beat by an rsx of any type in the 3 years of my sti's life. almost always 4-5 car lengths ahead at the end of a 1/4

Yea i call bs bad s2k driver. Lets see s2k has 240hp compared to 201hp. S2k has 153 tq rsx-s 140. S2k's stock 1/4mile is 14.8 Rsx is 15.4 and the S2k weighs 2,810 and Rsx 2,840. Even the 0-60 time of the s2k is faster stock. And your trying to tell me that the rsx-s will win based off final drive? Do your homework and re-shoot this vid with an s2k driver that can actually shift.

that had to be an almost stock s2k. and the type s had full bolt ons. stock for stock the s2k wins. i have an 05 s2k with stock 4.10 gears and i beat stock type s like nothing. the s2k is not made for top end. the first gen ap1 is about tie with a type s. the 2nd gen ap2 is alot faster from the dig and roll.

I drive my cousin's 03 2.0 w/ header exhaust and hondata all the time and the car is a BLAST. from a stop (its ironic saying racing from a stop and honda in the same sentence) it murders rsxs' and from a roll it can do almost as dirty work..not to mention that its rwd so its already a better car...but they do cost nearly 40k new so id hope so!haha
