the graphics in societies SUCK as well as the concept of just plopping buildings! EA ruined Maxis, and it's wrong to take it out on innocent game developers like "Dan". EA ruined it all :( SC4 RH was the best, and is unbeatable :D
simcity societies with update 5 is nice and destinations is very interesting, is a sort of tropico game with creativity and so u can build your city with more 750 buildings and so lot of combination, there are 7 scenarios, new gameplay...
sim city 4 rush hour is my fav them all. you can drive around and stuff... and the disasters too. if they could put that all in one the graphics from societies it would be one, fun game =)

No, they were not big at all in SC4. Its just on a huge map, not on a single on.. In Sim City 3000, you had much more room too build the city on.. I hope its much bigger in Societies.
it might be but since its in 3D i dont think most most graphic cards will be able to handle a big city like a metropolis in SC4 so itll just be a background.

omg i seen a vid with tornadoes and the tornado is breaking the glass on scysrapers and u can choose what kind of tornado u want and it can destroy a building like a real tornado.

the updates ruined the game
they sabotaged graphics in order for the retarted freezes to stop; which effectively gives me no reason to play it anymore;

No there is no whole BIG map to build on, but crappier than sim4. Don't buy it. Google about this game's problems, you will see why I said like that.

Sim City 3000 Unlimited was the highest point of the Sim City series...Sim City 4 was a major letdown. I hope this Sim Societies is better.
