Good example not fully stated of the general principle that government services increase land values. The local executive airport and the subsidies of corp. jets results in this case in the increase of land value not only of the land under the Libertarian's golf course but land in the whole community. We could choose to assess against this increase of land value to pay for the airport and reimburse the subsidy but America has chosen to enrich its landowners at the expense of everyone else.
