  • Of course he's asian ...

  • Are you related to John Myung?

  • daamn. this guy is.. AWESOME

  • je n'aime pas du tout le jeux du bassiste :(

  • @jo27hn666 yah, thats cause you're french.

  • What does the 212/115 give you over 2 x 212's? I am currently undecided whether to get a second neo 212 or a neo 115 to go with my 700 rb.

  • Is it me or is there a huge dent on the grill in the top cab?

  • guys, he slapped, he tapped, he did pinch harmonics, he demonstrated the high range, and he showed the lower end as well. He did a GREAT review of the amp. STOP BITCHING.

  • No idea why you play a 5 string but okay...

  • @Zackr27 possibly out of choice... in the same way you probably choose to play a 4 string.

just so you know, 5 strings bring so much more versatility to the sound.

  • @BTSjames I play 4 string because I've been playing for 2 years and would shit myself if I tried to play a 5 string.

  • @Zackr27 its to get deeper notes. you dont have to be in a metal band to have a 5 string.

  • @OfficialRobbieMason I wasn't saying anything about metal bands, he just never seemed to use the low B.

  • @Zackr27 i know its just assumed that most people think 5 strings are for metal :) does he use the low b or d ?

  • @OfficialRobbieMason You can have low D?

  • @Zackr27 yes cause third string on a standard 4 string bass is d

  • @OfficialRobbieMason Yeah but a 5 string bass has a low B, not D. A six string has a high C.

  • @Zackr27 yeah thats true but there are players that tune it to a D .Like ive done that before so thats why i asked but yeah ur right :)

  • @OfficialRobbieMason I've heard of tuning to A but not D. Interesting...

  • @Zackr27 well its not something you normally do but D seems to be more of a common key in songs out there and ones I perform than B. its just a preference :)

  • Ahhh ... I see the "scrunchie mute device!"

Hope ya had a great summer Norm!

    Carl

  • Great Job as always Norm. That tone is amazing.

  • Can you do a demo of this amp with bass playing instead of wanking?

  • MTD with GK is sweetness.

  • bass wankery at its finest

  • the sound is super quite while norm is playing the bass. I wish it was louder.

  • @ThunderInTheCity It's not quiet at all. You must be listening through tiny 1" computer speakers WITH NO BASS. He's playing a bass guitar after all.
