  • Distorteddogma u are a Mysteri

  • Thanks... I think.

    Be Well.

  • Good work old friend. :)

I keep an eye on you still, just silently lol.

Hope all is well with you.

  • I was being to think you forgot me. Which is okay because there are lots of people who think I forgot where the "upload" button is.

Alway great to hear from you.

    Be Well.

  • :O

    Never!

Just trying to keep busy with busy work is all.

I keep my peripheral vision working for you and the others though.

  • enjoyed it!

    :) Ruben

p.s. my best was the "Who am I to be"... please make more like those. those were great. Wouldn't it be nice if you could do that for politicians too... lol!!

  • I'm trying to get something together right now.

    Be Well.

  • Nice work. One tiny point (I'm just being pedantic) I would've had the anvils coming down a bit faster. They seem to almost be floating. Good stuff, though! Be well :P

  • The problem is the upload to YouTube which has a habit of dropping frames. Animation is drawn in 24 fps and video is 29 -30 fps. Wouldn't you think that would make it safe against frame loss... I doesn't. So as a safe guard, I slow down anything that falls through the frame to be sure it gets seen.

    Thanks for watching and caring.

    Be Well.

  • Ahh, okay. Makes sense :) I haven't ever really had a problem with frame dropping on YouTube, and I only do 12 FPS (I'm lazy :P)

    Thanks for replying :)

  • I would hardly call your work lazy. Not at all.

And it's always my pleasure to reply.

    Be Well.

  • I hope you'll be making and uploading more cartoons. I really enjoy your work.

  • Yep there is more coming. Fooling around a little on BlogTV right now too. Unfortunately, not in cartoon form.

    Thanks for watching.

    Be Well.

  • This was really well made.

    Oh, and ChemicalJordan rocks =]

  • Thanks, Kathleen. But don't tell Jordan he rocks, it only goes to his head.

    Be Well.

  • Excellent animation. Funny as well :-)

  • Thanks, Peter.

    Be Well.

  • Very clever. I have yet to see something made by you that I haven't liked. Favourited!

PS. I'll be releasing a new video very soon. There's the next :p.

  • Thanks. I'll be watching for the new one.

    Be Well.

  • strange and yet entertaining at the same time nice job

  • Thanks, Erin

    Be Well.

  • Thanks, Jansen. Always keep an eye above you.

    Be Well.

  • that was kinda stupid

and if u give me a thumbs down on this comment you will have ultra-major constipation for 8 years

  • I don't give thumbs up or down. You're free to not like my stuff. Besides, what's wrong with stupid?

    Be Well.

  • cool!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks, Jaden

    Be Well.

  • I've been watching your movies, and love the cartoons.

    Amazing work!

  • Thanks, Jim.

    Be Well.

    Be Well.

  • Haha, very nicely made distordeddogma. I appreciate the time you put into your movies. Be well ;)

  • Lately they're taking longer than I would like. Busy, Busy.

    Be Well.

  • Ha ha. That's wicked. XD

  • Thanks, Alex.

    Be Well.

  • great to see you back nice viseo too it was funny

    Be Well.

  • really great vid ;)

    my spleeeeen, lol

love your channel, keep up the good work!

  • Thanks, Rinny.

    Be Well.

  • Nice dude.

and I have to agree, the coyote IS a lie.

  • Thanks, Josh

    Be Well.

  • YAAAAAAY! Clever as always

  • Thank you as always.

    Be Well.

  • OMG Its me!

    haha

Loved the intro. Twilight Zone is still a favorite show of mine, so the parody of it makes my part in the video even better! :D

  • I told you I'd add to it. I did realize that I wrote the credits for both and stuck the wrong one on your copy. It includes the credit for the intro. And a misspelling for Kevin's site.

    ARrrrgh!

    Be Well.

  • You clean up good Dog.

  • Got on my power tie :)

    Be Well.

  • nice tux ;)

  • What a pain. Never try to shade a cut out animation.

    Be Well.

  • Very interesting. I like the part about the spleen.

  • That entire portion was written by Jordan.

    Glad you like it.

    Be Well.

  • nice man, lovely content and lip sync. Hope to see more soon.

  • I appreciate the comment and the praise. Thanks.

    Be Well.

  • keep it up guys. thanks. :)

  • Thanks, Gil.

    Be Well.

  • Nice quote from Dawn of War. Heh. Play you sometime?

  • Actually, my son is the game player. He rocks.

    Be Well.

  • I really did enjoy watching this.

Work of art! Great job and hope to see another one soon. :)

  • You sound a little like you don't think I'll believe you. But you are very kind. Thanks, Samantha.

    Be Well.

  • Nice lip sync

  • It's a challenge. Animation is 24 frames, YouTube is 30 and I'm going to have to change my size format. 360 X 240 just gets stretched too much in the new format here.

    Be Well.

  • cool

  • Thanks.

    Be Well.

  • Jordan

Try Family Guy or South Park.

    Nice animation DD

  • Thanks, Joseph

    Be Well.

  • Brilliant, Dogma! I couldn't help but notice and appreciate the symbolism throughout this cartoon! Your commentary on society as a whole, on what the media is doing to young minds. Well, what can I say except brilliant? ;)

  • Yes, yes. Those symbolic undertones are actually the reason I cartoon.

    Deet Dee Dee!

    Be Well.

  • ;) :)

  • I am so glad that I found ChemicalJordan through you. Just leaving a comment because I am watching again and would feel bad without

  • You two do seem to have hit it off. He's a great kid.

    Be Well.

  • Just cuz they disappear...

    Honors for This Video:

    Be Well.

  • Nice touch with "The Cartoon Zone" entro.

I hope to see more! =0)

  • I hope to do more.

Do...do you know something? Something you're not telling me?

    Be Well.

  • Yeah.

  • Right back at ya.

    Be Well.

  • Your works rock dude!

    Looking forward to seeing more.

    your friend :) Ruben

  • Thanks, Ruben. Your patronage is appreciated.

    Be Well.

  • you are in a zone dog!!

    be welsh

  • Some days I just zone out.

    Be well.

  • Exploring random effects in cartoon does not necessarily make for a good video. You must have something to say with the cartoon.

  • I thought this had a much deeper message than most of the itchy and scratchy episodes I watched as a child growing up in springfield.

  • What are you saying? Was it too obtuse?

You didn't see the youth of America being brainwashed into craving violence and when resisted they were crushed by the corporate machine? Did you miss that same over sized corporate bully become so careless with it's actions that it eventually crushed itself? How did you not take note of the outside interests crashing and grinding both beneath it's wheels? No plot? It was oozing with plot symbolism.

    Just like Rocky & Bullwinkle.

    Be Well.

  • haha!! and i like the...ahem..."WOLF"...lol!!

  • He does seem to be popular.

    Thanks, Tom.

    Be Well.

  • That was great, I haven't ever checked out Chemicaljordan, but will definitely have to now. Wish I could give 5 extra stars for the Coyote, who looks a bit like my all time favorite animated toon. Anyway, once again, great job, loved it as always!

  • WOLF... Wolf that looks ever so slightly like that copyright protected coyote...

    Thanks for watching.

    Be Well.

  • ahh yes....I of course intended to say Wolf...which is by far a much more noble creature than the Coyote... :)

  • Thanks for watching Ryan.

    Be Well.

  • Man! The violence in toons today.

  • Yes, there are violins, oboes, trumpets...

    Be Well.

  • ba dum ching!

  • icky icky icky putang zoot boing! To quote the knights who formerly said "Ne"

(I have no idea what that has to do with a rim-shot)

    Be Well.

  • Well, one never expects the Spanish Inquisition or sound fx non sequiturs. But those things happen.

  • No one who appreciates and can quote Monte Python can ever do any wrong in my book.

    Be Well.

  • is there anything better than waking up on a saturday morning getting a grape juice and sitting in front of the tv to see the new weekly cartoons. (well ok now we have the cartoon network so they kind of ruined the special part of only being able to see the smurfs once a week)

  • I really relish the old toons that were in the theaters. The passive stuff they put out now to totally boring. I'll take Jerry hitting Tom with a frying pan any day.

    Be Well.

  • I tried to drop an anvil on Turbo's head, to try to teach him to be nice to people. It bounced off his head, and landed on my foot... Then Turbo picked it up, and dropped it on my head... And it didn't bounce off my head... Oh well, Take it easy, man.

  • Dropping anvils is dangerous business. I leave it to the toons and keep all my toes.

    Be Well.

  • Oh wow... That was really good. The zen of that toon causes an intense yet fulfilling flow of stars in quantities of five. Ahhhhh...uhhhhmmmm...

Progress so far on being part of one of your collaborations? 0%!! I'm good!!

  • And I'm waiting to see something new come out of you too. Come on Phil, you have the technique down pat, now give us something that yours!

    Be Well.

  • Working on it!! Honestly I am!!

Well, the songs won't be mine, but having an original script too? That would require me to actually have talent. Ha!

  • Have you been to Podsafeaudio . com? Music you can use LEGALLY with the proper credits.

The singing vids are great, but get away from that generic character.

And I think you do have talent, but if you believe you don't, you'll be right.

    Be Well.

  • I'm taking your advice on retiring Andrew Silke's character.

Since I'm forced to start over, I think I'll model my own. Thanks for the advice. Seriously, I never thought about it until now.

Thank you! I've just about commented you to death in the last few. I'll move on now. Have an excellent week!

  • Since you are animating, check out YouTooners. It's just getting started, but there are others who use Maya as well...

    Be Well.

  • Check out the guy below this comment (in the "see all" screen)

    Be Well.

  • oooooh the cartoon zone is definetly not the place to be! LMAO! this was GREAT! Cheers!!

  • Thanks, Meg. Glad you enjoyed it.

    Be Well.

  • Dear Dogma your suit looks great and I am greatfull that Wolf that coincidentaly looks like Willy E. Coyote was able to defend the cedibility of the Wolf he looks similar with. :)

Can't wait for the "Shaggy Dogma" Stories!

    Be well.

    Matthias

  • You are rapidly becoming one of the funniest men on YouTube. Thank you Mathias.

    Be Well.

  • YAY! I LOVE the twilight zone so my gahd. This was wonderful.

    *giggles*

I wish I had a cartoon in my room...

  • My friends and I actually did a ripoff of Night Gallery for a media project in High School. Rod Serling was a genius.

    Be Well.

  • Damn those credits flew by! Did you not want us to see them?

    Very nice job!

  • If someone wants to read them, there is always the pause button. Why make the video longer?

    Thanks for watching.

    Be Well.

  • OK there snippy! ;-)

  • HA! "Snippy," I like that. And now the snippy credits...

    Be Well.

  • How's that for a new animated character?!

    Huh? ;-)

  • I'd have to have RiddleSpider or Sign543 do the voiceover, I could never talk fast enough for a character with a moniker like "snippy"

    Be Well.

  • I like it with the expounded bit! Well done!!!

  • Why thank you, my favorite Spider.

    Be Well.

  • Do you have an unfavorite spider? ;-)

  • You know, when I was typing that, I tried to fit "and only" in there and it looked odd.

You are my one and only Spider.

    *smooches*

  • And you are the only dog for me :-)

    *smooches*

  • Jordon, Don't tempt fate like that. You were just asking for it..

  • In the original script he appeared alone, but we obviously think alike, Zarbod. I couldn't just leave it at that.

    Be Well.

  • long time no see.

  • Yeah, longer than I would have liked.

    Be Well.
