@thatsme2pl Maybe you could open your mind a bit and you'll realize that there are some great artists today as well. Anyway I'm on my 20's and I love Henry Mancini.
A good poet, a good composer and a good singer, that's the result for an everlasting song. After the Beatles everyone wants to wrote the poem, the melody and perform it too: results: bad music.
I didn't see the movie but the song brings back some of the finest memories of my 67 years......Andy Williams is truly one of the finest voices in music
God this man had a beautiful voice! I just love to hear him sing. Reminds me of my childhood, and how wonderful it was with him, Johnny Mathis, and Sammy Davis Jr., singing in the background of my life! Just beautiful!
Man, how I love this guy! I aspired to benchmark with him over the years and perhaps hit a few of his good notes to my credit. LOL Andy certainly had a gift.
Was this in Branson Mo. ? Just a few years ago I saw Andy (80) in Branson... He appeared with Glenn Cambell. During one of Andy's solo's, he kicked back, tilted his head back and hit the most dynamic single note that lasted a long time, just belted it, his mouth wide open and nailed it like he was 40 in his prime! I couldn't believe it! My favorite singer of all time past present and future! Andy Williams... Amazing Talent and servant to people with his God given Voice! Thank you Andy Williams
Two of the best artists ever. Let's see, which will stand the test of time - Moon River as performed here, or F*** You? No comparison. One is shock noise, the other is timeless and classy.
Now I'm heading over to Tiffany's for some breakfast!
My Mother would disagree....Happy dayzzzzzzzzz.
