It's kinda funny how you failed to realize that they were on a public street, not trespassing, especially since Mark has stated that multiple times.

Also, even if they were trespassing, that doesn't excuse oneself from coming at them with a weapon, unless their lives were at danger. Considering that this wasn't the case, I'd say that you just lost the game.
