Yeah, they couldn't have picked a better Ms. Lovette. Helena Bonham Carter is a very creepy (and rather unattractive) woman, so she'll do great. She has some big shoes to fill, considering what a great actress Angela Landsbury is and how well she shaped her chracter on stage as the original. Can't wait to see it!

I have to disagree with Helena Bonham Carter being a rather unattractive woman... she certainly is not cookie-cutter cute, but she is one of the most beautiful women in film. (That isn't to say that she hasn't been roughed up for a few roles though, this one included, I am sure)

nice what movies did you use??? I saw perfume: story of a murderer, christopher lee's music video and wasnt the music from sleepy hollow? it moved too fast for me to see anything else, it was a great trailer though well done and very imaginative
