I can put my foot up past the imaginary goal consistently without too much trouble. Good exercise, but does that mean I am doing something wrong?

So this is similar to the leg swoop from the frog stance? Still keeping the hands connected to the floor?

All you ever need is to do like 15-20 of these and your heart will start pumping and you start sweating as if you just sprinted 300m from a cheetah's that out to get you.
