  • I can put my foot up past the imaginary goal consistently without too much trouble. Good exercise, but does that mean I am doing something wrong?

  • So this is similar to the leg swoop from the frog stance? Still keeping the hands connected to the floor?

  • All you ever need is to do like 15-20 of these and your heart will start pumping and you start sweating as if you just sprinted 300m from a cheetah's that out to get you.

  • @dracowaukraine Yeah, definitely a challenge. The Stinger is an exercise in the Shapeshifter program.
