I was a little disappointed when this album came out.....
Before the Shakin' Brains was released I had a DEMO (about 55 minutes) rather good quality. That one was really heavy, hard and non polished like the album!
Is there anybody out there who's still got that DEMO? Please....
I still have this on vinal.. I love the rawness of these recording in bands like this back then, i hated the foo foo glam pretty boys and the polished production. Diamond Head, Angel Witch, RIOT, and many other bands were cranking it back then
I really didn't get into it though. Cool guitar put very weak production. Very little warmth and the vocals sounded strained. Not bad but not good enough to get the attention Jonas needed to get some recognition.
It was all about risks and opportunity and Jonas obviously a story of woulda, coulda and shoulda.
The internet has given a lot of people some exposure though.
But I have not....... please contact me how I can get them please! Thank you sooooo much!!
