I remember that when I was a little kid of a friend of my dad's gave me CMR1 and it was my favorite game... Played it for so much time!

Then a few years later my parents bought me CMR04 for my birthday... best game ever...

About DiRT - in my opinion DiRT is good but can't be compared to the previous ones. Much less rally focused, and less entertaining in some way, but it's still good imo. Also, CMR stopped paying tribute to Colin McRae after he died, and that's what I don't like about it now.

i hate the dirt series, because when you crash your car, you can`t finsh the race... It was the stupidest idea to bring flashbacks into this game... For example, in CMR 04, when you crash your ride, you could still finish the race, so, maybe the developers would listen to us and bring back the excitement...
