I really hate when i watch drills go one direction. For example one person defends and one person strikes. this one is really good about changing directions and defending and attacking at the same time. i will totally figure this one out and practice it instead of normal forearm bridge training.

I luv this school. I have so much fun there. But the hand to hand and the body conditioning hurt like hell. My Shifu's name is Jim Smyer. But all n all I have a great time with great ppl.
Master Shi graduated from the Taiwan Police Academy and later served with the Taiwan police force for several years.
He has been quite active within the Guoshu (Chinese Martial Arts) Association and has been sent several times overseas as delegate and head coach of the Chinese Taipei wushu team between 1990 and 1998, leading his students to win bronze, silver, and gold medals.
it isn't, looks like a combo, of jik shu (straight strike) pak shu, mantis hooks, and circle fist, at it basic level, with cross arm traps, nice drills though,
I try to revese-translate; please correct me, Sifu.
