I can't believe I just found this!!!!!!!! I have tried (to no avail) to order it from every stupid buggery video store in Canada.....HAPPINESS!!!! (My next victory will be "WAKING NED DEVINE". XOXOXOXOX TO CRACKLE !!!!!
@daisypeachy I have Waking of Ned Devine on VHS!!! Hard to get on DVD. Frankly I cannot believe that I just found this as well. I wasn't even looking for it, haha! Funny how that happens.
Ms. Blennerhassett (Tea Room hostess): If you don't leave we'll call the police!
I: WE ARE multi-millionaires.
Withnail: Yes, we are multi-millionaires. We shall buy this place and fire you immediately. We'll install a fuckin' jukebox to liven all you stiffs up!
One of the funniest, best written movies EVER from Britain. I have watched it so many times I could quote the script practically line-by-line. There's not a flaw in it.
As stated, there is no other movie on the planet with as many quotable lines (maybe Star Wars or ESB) as Withnail a& I and Richard E. Grant has NEVER been funnier.
That's Beatles Let It Be playing in the background at the begining =)

One of best British comedies ever done. I've watched it so many times I've probably memorized the whole movie dialogue.

Just what I needed to watch tonight. How very prescient of Youtube to link it from the front page this evening.
Is it just me, or is "Black Books" sort of "Withnail & I: The Series"? Dylan Moran even looks a little like Paul McGann from certain angles.
