Gotta figure out new ways to shoot these luv scenes, baby. Dumb dialogue, obligatory pump pump moment, post-coital bullshit, even the camera angles are predictable. And the chick has an unpleasant smirk as well. I mean, what gives? They got all this dough, contracts are signed, they spend hours setting up the lights, all in the service of drivel. Try Godard in MASCULIN FEMININ or ALPHAVILLE and you'll see a poetic treatment of luv.

Oooh, thank you so much!! I just watched this movie and adored this section, and lo and behold, I went searching and you had clipped in HQ this very section. Saved in playlists and favorited. Christopher Eccleston is SO HOT and, surprisingly, eh and Jordana Brewster have loads of chemistry. IMO, after the movie ended, Christopher/Wolf showed back up and he and Phoebe had a happy ending.
